unprofessional staff. dirty work environment, workers wear flip flops and sandals and blast loud music disrespecting the customers waiting on food
Got tired of calling the store so had to go in person to place a order. When I got there I told them if it was busy and they said We were a while ago, and he ended up being the store general manager that was in charge he didn't offer an apology. What kind of general Manger doesn't pick up the phone.
I didn’t even get the food I literally called three different Papa John’s near me to order one lady gave me a number to the one that delivers in my area because they didn’t so I called it the guy said he doesn’t deliver in my area and gave me another number so I called it that gentleman said they don’t deliver in my area and gave me the number that I previously called it’s about 1130 at night I work graveyard shift I know they close at 12 so I’m pretty sure they just didn’t want the extra orders So fine whatever I called Pizza Hut instead
Just ordered a pizza spent 48 Dollars for a cold pizza Horrible the cheese was cold not melted waited 40 minutes very Disappointed
It's funny how every other Papa John's Pizza has a stuffed crust pizza, but every time you call this place they never have it available, always an excuse they're out of cheese.
The whole staff dressed up for Halloween and it totally made my day.
Pizza is always great but they got a little stingy when I asked for extra marinara sauce even when I said I'd pay for it.
Good pizza but very rude employees especially the one’s answering the phone
General manager John is amazing! We placed an online order and called to add more garlic sauce and he added no problem! He was kind and generous and very professional! Thank you John I know why you’re the manager!!
The manager John is truly one of a kind. He really knows how to treat his customers and employees like family.
