A lady named JOHANNA Hernandes with black hair was super rude. She raised her voice at me, stared at me while I was speaking with wide eyes, I almost think she was on something…. She seems really angry hostile and abusive. You guys need to fix her attitude
Salt n' pepper steak is delicious. Also the almond chicken is bomb and the terriyaki chicken was flavorful. I like to do half and half for the side, half lomein, half fried rice. Overall a tasty meal.
Ordered a plate of sesame chicken and mushroom chicken. There was a long hair underneath my food. Made me want to immediately throw up the rice I had just eaten.

The food is really good. But, they always miss something in my order. I try to order online because its abit far from home but its the closest location and every single time they miss an item. I order +$60 worth of food but they always miss an item. I have ordered inside but it gets so crowded inside and its so small. There is no room to social distance.
We ordered online and i went to pick up my order. I went straight to the cash register where is said online order pickup. There were two people ahead of me so I waited patiently. After the cashier helped the two people ahead of me, she began helping other people in the line that had placed orders and wouldn't make eye contact with me. After the third person i yelled excuse me to get her attention and told her I had an online order to pick up. She said she would help me Ina moment. It took a minute and she asked me for the name of my order which I provided. She asked me to confirm my phone number. I gave it to her twice and she told me I was wrong. I showed her the screenshot of my order with my number which is exactly what I was telling her and she finally said ok and handed my order. I don't know if they were understaffed or what but what's the point of placing an online order for pickup if I have to wait behind the people who are ordering in the store. They should have two different cashier's helping in that case.

Service here is very slow compared to other locations. The dining room is so tiny. Instead of chocolate chunk cookies like the other locations, they have packs of dried apple crumbles here.
