This has been our go to spot when it comes to sushi. We love it because their sushi is fresh. We have traveled and tried other sushi spots and this place beats most. However, their customer service has been terrible lately. We went last week and ordered our usual. The server Crystal was completely rude and arrogant. She walked away mid conversation, had a bad attitude while trying to fix our order. I understand they have new servers and some are learning, but a good attitude goes a long way. The servers have definetly drove us away. We will be looking for a potential new spot if their customer service doesn't improve.
I hate leaving bad reviews but here we go Wasn’t good I tried the volcano sushi it was breaking out couldn’t grab it because it’s not done the right way. Told them I don’t want to eat here anymore specially after waiting for 30 mins for the volcano and no one to serve but us my wife and I. they didn’t care. Anyways for sure not coming back here again. I get volcano everywhere it’s always solid. They don’t care about you they just wanna take your money low quality place.
This was "my home sushi place" for so many years... Traveling extensively around the country and back after few weeks for a couple of days this place is (was) a must visit where sushi freshness was always a signature- but NOT ANYMORE! ? The place was NOT at all busy (to find that as an excuse); took a table seat and ordered Sunset roll just to receive a several hours OLD sushi roll! Shocking from this place!?! (P.s. if u eat sushi all your life you recognise aging tuna in a second and can almost will for how long it was out) When pointing out, the owner's daughter come with the fresh one.... I insisted to pay for both; the old one and the fresh one because I know how hard for the local restaurants in the midst of pandemics but guys - You just ruined " my homesick sushi place for more than 5 years!!)- you win NOTHING in cutting corners on your loyals and possibly making them sick by feeding stale sushi! So disappointing ?
Great sushi! Great service, Great quality, great food! When in the city of Orange, this is our place to eat sushi!
Great sushi, great service, great prices. The rolls ar easily a foot long and full of delicious fresh fish and goodies. Love the service here. Prompt service quick delivery of my order.
They made our DoorDash driver wait 45 minutes for an order that had been accepted 60 minutes prior to the dashers arrival . Driver sent photos of an empty restaurant while they were waiting . Orange Sushi wouldn’t pick up the phone when I called on the driver’s behalf . Poor poor service and unfair to the DoorDash driver.
This was our go to sushi during Covid. And we just went to dine in. Consistently good sushi with a helpful staff. Kids love it, and I love their hit ginger tea. And yes, the deep fried ice cream.
Another one of my favorites. Reasonably priced Sushi. ALWAYS FRESH FISH. They are a small store with a huge takeout business. The fish does not stay in their refrigerators for very long.
This place has amazing food, BUT The staff are so rude.Don’t go there after 8:20 pm because they are going to kick you out even when you are still eating and they don’t care if it’s Weekend or any week days.
Great food and fast service. I will definitely be back.
