The drinks were good, but expensive for what you get.
Good but way too sweet. Ordering process felt strange and rushed. Ended up getting the Oiio house milk tea and it was fine. Nothing special. But yea, sweet like a milkshake.

The menu has so many different combinations of drinks, I was stumped on what to order! I wanted to try everything. I finally decided on the Mango in Kyoto and it was absolutely divine. Uji Matcha is mixed with mango and cheese foam. The result? A perfect drink that soothes your tastebuds. I really hope that this drink is on their permanent menu because I would certainly get it again!

JUST TERRIBLE SERVICE. The tall blonde girl needs to learn about customer service. My cousin ordered a Hokkaido coffee with cream cheese foam and my niece ordered Lychee All the Way with boba and lychee jelly. When the order was ready, my cousin let the employees know that her drink was incorrect. They put lychee jelly in her Hokkaido coffee. The tall blonde girl replied rudely, “NO, you said lychee jelly” and walked away. Wrong, my niece said that and you got them mixed up. The correct response should have been, “Sorry about that, we’ll make your drink right now.” A little customer service goes a long way. I do not recommend this place.
