Wish they had better customer service (be more friendly, happy to work there, bubbly, smile) but other than that cakes are DELICIOUS!!!!! My favorite is the raspberry cake. They are perfect <3
So disappointed with this location. Ordered a gluten free cake a week in advance of Christmas and was called 24 hours before saying they ran out of gluten-free ingredients. I'm no baker, but it seems you'd either know you are running out of ingredients more than 24 hours before; or you'd set aside the appropriate amount for the order.... Or both. Wound up going to the Tustin location like I should have to begin with.
My very favorite place to get a yummy treat. Very nice staff and delicious flavors.
Horrible Staff members. cakes are good but we'll go elsewhere from now on because of the staff.

Horrible service. They got my order wrong and Julia S. whom helped me was extremely rude.1 star for how unprofessional this was. Needed to speak with a manager (apparently hes never there, called a couplf of times too)Wish the orignal owner was there. At least she kept her employees accountable and professional.
