I love this Nekter location. They are so fast and friendly. Good quick option if you’re looking for a healthy option on the go.
I got a ace berry bowl and I didn’t know they used a nut milk which I’m allergic to cashews and peanuts I feel like they need to have a warning sign with bigger print so people can see it .
Phone doesn’t work and I’ve been trying to reach them about a charge on my card that should have been for a different location. Insanely annoyed. After looking at other reviews seems to be their thing to ignore customers and not answer their phone dating back to 2 years ago. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere because they’re not changing anything anytime soon it seems. update: they did give me my money back but needed to email three different emails and post this review. ?♀️
Ordered delivery. Order never showed, got an email saying it was being cancelled. Tried calling the store but no one there seems to ever want to pick up the phone to let them know I could come pick it up. No responses to email regarding order. Still haven’t been fully refunded. Never again! Will support local owned business from here on out.
Delicious but was sad that they don’t use mango as a topping on their mango Acai bowl :(
I appreciate when the staff don't answer the phone 30 minutes before the hours posted.

Nekter use to be my my go to spot for açaí bowls however after experiencing the worst service I’ve had here yet that’ll change. I ordered an açaí bowl on the app and had it set for pickup. Once I picked it up I asked for peanut butter drizzled on top like mentioned on the app as well as cacao nibs. When I noticed those toppings not in the bowl I asked the employee to add it and he did so with attitude. When I came back to ask for the cacoa nibs that weren’t in the bowl, he instead topped the bowl with coconut nibs. I’m not sure how that got misinterpreted but I just let it go as I realized taking açaí orders correctly is an extremely difficult task, apparently. I’ll be sure to skip Nekter since this is how they operate customer service.
I ordered an acai bowl. It was pretty good. It's conveniently located close to home and by the In-n-out so I am able to get my kids what they want and get me something I want too.
Well it's 6:30 on Thursday and it says they close at 8 and they're not open. Please update your hours.
