This store ignored my curbside order. I asked an employee who came out to deliver an order to a drive-through customer who had been asked to pull-forward, and he told me that I had to go inside. I ended up going back through the drive-through and they tried to give me food that had been sitting in the bag for about 25 minutes and was cold.
This location is a joke. They never get the order correct something is always off. Please triple check ur order. The employees ask friends and family to leave positive reviews because theres too many decent reviews. I'm not exaggerating. Trust this review. U will be disappointed when visiting this location. I hope a top position fixes this location soon
Very slow they take along time to get your order ready. Too much Uber eats going on in there. There should be a MC Donald's for regular customers. And a separate MC Donald's for regular Uber eats
If I could give 0 star I would. I believe some of these employees are just there to collect a check. Tried in vain for 2 days to get ahold of day Mgr, and line is always busy-not to mention his oompa Loompas screen his calls. I gave up, but day Mgr should know that his Night Mgr on Saturday has no common sense. Incompetent! She had the drive thru with working menu closed, and the drive thru with the out-of-service menu open. Do they want to discourage customers? Or was she just to lazy to change windows? Then you get attitude, who wouldn't get mad? I know I did I never ordered. If I have to drive another 5 minutes to the one on tustin I will, and so will my family. Maybe if enough customers go elsewhere someone will CARE.
I went to the McDonald's on E. Chapman in the city of Orange, and the women working there were so nice and helpful! Good food, also!
This place is so overly hyped for no reason there prices are high for low quality food the fries are never fresh the burgers are warm like they have been sitting for awhile. There is always a long line for in store and through the drive thru there is always a issue with my order everyime I try to give this place another chance the chicken Nuggets are trash fries are trash burgers could be improved more the bathroom are always out of service or dirty or have out of stock supplies I would Definitely recommend going else where for your food and for your time it will be way worth the trip and hassle of having to drive somewhere else for your food I promise it will be worth it very worth itOverall 2 stars for there effort of trying
I'm not sure how difficult it is to give me a Hot chocolate when I order a hot chocolate. This location CONSTANTLY gives me a COFFEE instead of a hot chocolate. It's really ridiculous. Will be contacting corp about this issue.
i always come to this location around 2:30-3:00 usually before work! the drive thru is really fast and they’re always nice to me and my food is always fresh!
Drive thru fairly quick. Fries are really good and well done. Have not dined in so not sure how the inside is.
