Went to this mc Donald's to get a mocha frappuccino with extra chocolate drizzle. Every Mc Donald's I been to put it in the cup and on top they didn't and once I spoke to the rude mgrHe waves me off with an attitude. 1048pm I promise I'm calling corporate
It was a good experience. The food was good and my order was good. The drive through attendant taking my order was a little rushy while taking my order but that’s okay. I imagine they deal with a lot of rude people too. Anyways, they done good. ??
This McDonalds sucks I'd rather drive the extra mile then to stop here. Overall management really needs to train their team how to work proactively. Their fries are always cold or preheated they never fill their drinks to the top and when you ask for extra ice they only put like two pieces of ice. I swear every time I come here there's always something missing
Came in yesterday via drive thru and I can honestly say that I have never had better food at any McDonald's throughout my entire life. Everything was FRESHLY made and hot - and not refry, microwaved hot - JUST MADE HOT. Even the cookies were freshly baked and still warm. I know this should be the standard but lets face it - McDonald's isnt known for freshness. I'm impressed with this location. Truly. Only thing they need now is their icecream machine to work lol.
I typically like this McDonald’s, but they haven’t been great lately due to the fact that they have constantly been forgetting to put all my order that I paid for in the bag and the other day didn’t fill up my caramel frappe that I had ordered and looked like instead they just put way more whip cream to try and cover up the big gap they didn’t fill, which is extremely frustrating when I am not exaggerating when I say this, but literally get around 4-5 of the caramel frappes a day and spend a LOT of money there. I just want what I pay for, nothing more, nothing less. I have 3 stars due to the fact that the manager, Leanna, is absolutely wonderful and is always so nice to me and will fix any problems immediately when she is working. I also have noticed that they have closed way earlier some nights when they have their normal hours they are supposed to go by posted, which can be a bit frustrating when I’m craving my delicious caramel frappe lol ? But overall I recommend this location and the food always seems to be cooked fresh and piping hot.
I came to this establishment an hour before closing time. And apparently the employees looked super eager to leave earlier that they took the last four vehicles orders and when I came to the front; apparently they were unable to provide me with an order.Which in turn made all four of the drivers wait about 25 to 40 min to acquire our orders yet when it came to me they first didn;t have my order, seocnd they never took it down, and when asked to please take my order they expressed that they already cleaned, put away all the food, and that they are closing in less than 10 min.I asked to speak to the employee's manager or supervisor and he was this tall mid to late 20s black man with a serious attitude that expressed:- Immaturity- Poor customer service- Severe anger management issues- Unable to display a leadership role- Impulsive and rushing to answer rudely- Above all else, needs more training to treat customers that have disabilities.I was so angry that I cried. Even his employees laughed at me and that was humiliating.I suffer from Mental Health Disorders and I am not ashamed to disclose these diagnosis:- Schizoaffective Disorder - Bipolar Type- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder- Nyctophobia- Social Anxiety= ParasomniaLuckily I was with a friend that witnessed the tribulation and confirmed that what I saw and what just happened was in fact real and true.I suggest if you suffer from a disability or suffered from some form of abuse, trauma, or victimization complication, DO NOT COME HERE.I believe that their staff should be trained in:- Diversity Training in not just race/ethnicity but in prevention of ageism, sexism, medical conditions (including psychiatric diagnosis), homophobia/transphobia, cisgender heteroxism, and aggression to those of poverty level of economical class.- Mental Health Education- Empathy and Sympathy training- Ethical Code- Management/Supervisory training and education in proper and appropriate standards of behavior, presentation, and interpersonal communications.
I have been here a few times. My cheeseburgers were hard as a rock and completely inedible. My fries were cold. Other times I've been here, they have gotten my order wrong or they had undercooked chicken.I wish this place was better because it is so conveniently close to home but the quality of food is very poor. The only redeeming quality is that the staff is nice and pleasant.
Went through the drive thru. Ordered two sandwiches both without onions. The receipt clearly said no onions right on the box but one out of the two had onions. When I called in to report that my wife had an allergic reaction without raising my voice or getting mad at all just to inform them, they put the phone down and walked away. I tried calling back multiple times and phone was off the hook. Overall horrible service and obviously do not care at all about their customers.
This place is being remodeled, again . Anyways the people working there are Grreat!I get my order right, with the condiments I asked for, the fries are Hot!They are super busy idk who is running this place but everyone deserves recognition for the great service provided.
No dining inside. Can't walk up and order at the drive thru window even though there's no cars in line.Get your sht together McDonald's.
