Not very impressed with the service. Our server was tired and it was visible in her service, she was trying but it still wasn't good. The Salmon Oscar was pretty good. Ordered the Mussel steamer, basically got 12 SUPER SMALL mussels for $17. Ordered the Combo for $25 and asked for Coconut and Fried shrimp...it was 4 shrimp of each kind and they were medium size, came with veggies which were good and cheese potatoes. For 8 shrimp at $25 I was very displeased with the value, you get more shrimp at Captain Ds for 1/3 of the price.
The place was extremely dirty. We where given a table where the floor was filthy croutons , trash and crumbs on the floor. The booth glass was not clean at all. Food was on stuck to it and prints everywhere
Food is always great! Eddie and Jan at bar were outstanding plus the wait staff! Thank you!
Decent food in the middle of an outlet mall
It had been years since we had dined in this location of Market Broiler. We were pleasantly surprised with all aspects of the meal. Our server was great! Observant, courteous, and helpful. Our food choices were perfect. Portion size was right on. Flavor was very nice. Both my husband and I were pleased with the experience and plan to return in the near future.
Waitress was very inexperienced or off the day we came. We were first customers of the day having reservation at 11:00am and she just didn't seem like she knew how to be a server at all. First, ordered drinks specifically with NO LEMON, and got lemon anyway with the excuse "oh, I thought you said you wanted lemon". Well, ok, stuff happens. Then we ordered our meals and never saw anyone again for well over 20 minutes at which time our main courses were served. We ordered a salad to be split and it was never even prepared. Immediately excuses as to the "salad making person was on break...blah, blah" On break, the place just opened, and even so I don't care! Why did the server not even realize we never got the salads we ordered from her? She tried to serve them then, but too late. Just one mishap after another. Have been frequenting this place for well over 20 years and this was the WORST experience ever! Manager was very uninterested and acted like "whatever" when he stopped by quickly to see how our meals were and got an honest reply. He clearly was not prepared for that and seemed upset anyone would complain. Anyway, it is what it is, but this place needs work on the decor as well, the ladies room is a disaster and SMELLS OF SEWER to boot.
We had the BEST service! Food was wonderful as always. Our only complaint (and it wasnât the restaurantâs fault) was the mall music was normal for a while, then was turned up super loud which made it really hard to talk. We love Market Broiler!
The lobster was so tender and delicious!!! The steak was okay. I asked for rare and it was medium rare. Still juicy but I love it rare.
I specially told said on the reservations that we were celebrating my friends birthday. I told the server as well. He forgot never brought anything. Had to keep reminding him of things we asked for. They initially sat us in a corner that was so uncomfortable. I went to the front and asked them to move us. It was miserably hot inside of the restaurant In the end, amber was not recognized and I finally just gave up asking. One of the worst experiences ever. And we come here a lot.
The food was good and arrived within a reasonable time from placing the order. The server may have been new and still learning.
