Nowadays, we find it to be a miracle to be seated without a reservation anywhere. We were in luck this time, and were seated within 5 minutes of arrival. I always order the beef ribs (when available) and my Husband ordered the St. Louise style pork ribs. The service was good and quick! When I say quick, I mean that we received our food in less than ten minutes. Unheard of, and a tad scary for a rib joint, honestly. Who knows how long they've been sitting, because my beef ribs were TOUGH! Way too overcooked. The meat was so charred, that there wasn't much to consider to be edible. Hence, the four stars. Besides that, my Husband's ribs were perfect, the sides were good, and who could not love the biscuits? Will I go back?? Only if I had to meet people there.
The food and service was great! The food was brought out very quickly. We even noticed that the manager was helping the waiters with their tables because they were so busy. Love to see the teamwork and great customer service.
Excellent service, our server was amazingly attentive ?. Great family ambience! We got seating right away despite the visible line. Biscuits and butter are AMAZING!!! The Saint Louis ribs were a big portion, but were Ok, a little dry for my taste. The Southern fried catfish were crispy, but plain flavor. Our favorite dish was BBQ Combo, three meat BBQ , perfect for sharing ! Also the house IPA was good and was cold ?? and their sauces were so good!! Good barbecue Sunday OMAD lunch meat meal with yummy carbs sides.
Pretty yummy dinner. Got the OC restaurant week dinner for 2 which includes 1 app, 2 sides, ribs, chicken, dessert for $50
Great atmosphere since the first minute we entered the door, we got seated right away.. got our drinks 5 minutes after we were seated, food came in right after the best food I had in a long time.. the treatment we got was like family the music was great too, overall this is the perfect place to take the family and enjoy not just great food but awesome atmosphere and customer service, definitely wil be coming back here.
Clean but busy location. Pretty sure they are understaffed but managing it well. Food is completely bomb. Ribs in particular

This location is open despite Yelp reporting it as closed.Try to call in to make a reservation prior to dining here. I called in on a Sunday night and the wait was at least 2 hours. However, the host at the front didn’t enter our name into the system. Our wait was then shortened to 20 mins.I was surprised the wait was 2 hours given how many open tables were available. The restaurant is probably not open to max capacity.Overall, our family enjoyed the dinner here and we had excellent service the entire night. The baby back ribs and St. Louis ribs platter is always a win for our family.Looking forward to the next family get together at Lucilles!
First of all let me say that Roxana our server was stellar! I loved her! She was so sweet and attentive Roxana if you get to read this you helped to make an okay meal worth staying for. God bless you! ?The cocktails were delicious. I had the smokey peach Margarita ?. Very good, not weak or watered down ?.But the food was definitely something else. I felt like everything came out of a box or a can. (I swear the dressing was Stove-Top Stuffing) with the exception of the meat. The turkey and ham were tasty and moist. The meal was acceptable. I don't think I would go back for Thanksgiving Dinner or a holiday dinner again.
They are so nice, they brought food to us in our hospital room at CHOC in this Thanksgiving. It was so comforting being able to eat their delicious food. Thank you very much for you generosity. May God bless your business!! I will soon be ordering food for our family ✨?
