Fast service, staff is friendly even though they convinced me to get a dozen instead of 6 ? but that’s alright. I loved their glazed frozen coffee drink with an original glazed donut. So good! I'm usually very considerate when it comes to reviews, however, this visit was terrible. My sister had placed a mobile order for 2 dozen glazed donuts. I didn't think our order was complicated yet it took us 30 minutes after the estimated ready time to get our donuts. We had to ask 2 team members because the first member Vanessa was absolutely useless. She told us to hold on even though she had no customers waiting on her. This is the second time happening at this location. They shouldn't have mobile order on if they can't fulfill them. Multiple mobile order people were waiting extended times for the orders.
I rarely buy donuts. These donuts are good, the staff is great.I was here with my niece, nephews and kids. Kind of worried someone would act up or have a meltdown about nothing.The staff were great,attentive,had each of the kids order, so they were both seen and heard,felt welcome.Lucky us,we got there when the donuts were warm. I bought donuts and drinks for everyone, and it was great, the donuts are do tasty, the staff is wonderful,facility is clean and there was plenty of parking.And warm donuts are divine. The prices were reasonable. Unlike some places charging outrageous prices, for one donut.I rarely buy donuts,but Krispy Kreme will be my first choice,when I purchase donuts again.
Wovvvvvv! I drool while ordering especially if I am inside the store and when hot bling lights are on. Man! Melting donuts, it just melts in your mouth. Service is great. If requested they provide unglazed donut. Cool store. Good experience. Wait time is more most of the time, inside store or drive thru. Evenings are long wait.
Who doesn't love donuts!? Krispy Kreme is a great place for glazed, soft donuts. They have others and they are good but! you can't go wrong with glazed. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you have the app/rewards then you should be able to get a free dozen glazed on you birthday/month with no purchase. Can't beat that!. Coffees are good. During the different seasons they offer a special flavor that is available. If you haven't been then you should give them a try. For all those glazed donut lovers out there that haven't been here. I don't know what your doing with your life.

Gave us the wrong donut we asked for cinnamon instead they gave us sugar on a donut. Horrible customer service, didnt repeat the order they were speaking like they were trying to get done with our order quickly the guy wasn’t nice.

I placed an order for my Daughters class 5 days in advance, “Holiday Donuts”. On the day scheduled to pick them up they called me and said my order is no longer available. This is horrible business and management, I paid and reserved my donuts for a class of KIDS ahead of time to prevent this from happening. Jefferson Elementary is highly disappointed and never going here, Randy’s Donuts it is!
