waitress i had absolutely melted my heart. my mom decided she wanted to go here and when it came time to order i said I didn’t want anything (I wasn’t in the mood for american food) my mom got upset and told the waitress “this is her way of throwing a fit because she doesn’t get what she wants” the waitress just smiled and told me to ask me for a menu in case I changed my mind ( ) I felt like she understood me and that my mom was being over dramatic. in the end i did end up ordering the grilled chicken because I wanted a milk shake and I couldn’t get one if I didn’t order food the lady came by and gave me the most beautiful artwork I’ve ever seen (made out of ketchup!!!!) while the rest of my family just got smiley faces. not sure if she did it herself or not but it was still super heartwarming.
Food is ok. My favorite is the bacon and cheese fries. The oreo shake is really good.The service we got was great!Note there are no restrooms inside. You have to use the ones at the outlets.We went foe my son's birthday and they were kind enough to sing for him. Totally made his day!
If you go to the orange outlet, do not pass without trying their hamburgers and milkshakes. I especially recommend the route66 burger.
Sadly this Johnny Rockets has lost its touch.Under cooked food, slow service when not busy, not great service, and OVER priced!I hate to say it but this location has lost me as a customer.
Foods ok, this place suffers from staffing shortages. Friendly staff but need to a bit of quicker service speed and more than 1 waiter for the whole place. Could've be 4 stars if this is improved.
Such an adorable vintage restaurant at The City in Orange just across from the Guitar store! The perfect place to run in our of the rain on a date with my grandson!?. Christian and I sat at the counter and the sweet waitress helped me in my ambivalence work out how I can get a chocolate malt at half the calories to go with my chili bowl topped with onions. SOOOO good! Christian had the burger with fries with their "secret sauce" and a strawberry with vanilla malt! We were both on cloud 9!!! The decor is so cute with inspirational slogans. Can't say enough for a fun place to munch after shopping!
This place serve the food cold , and wait to long , and servers need to be more courteous, the excuse was they don't have enough personnel, but that doesn't mean serve the food could.
Customer service was just bad from beginning to end. It seemed like the employees did not want to be at work. The food was delicious but the ambiance made the experience a bummer.
They wouldn’t let me sit outside even if I ordered to go, but we were allowed to sit inside unmasked to eat. Makes no sense. Menu says Coke but they only had Pepsi products. Kids meals come with a drink but the only options are soda. No filtered bottle water or milk.
Food was very good. Our server was friendly and attentive.
