Why won't Jack allow his employees to put the cream in your coffee?Who can open those little liquid packages into an overfilled cup and not make a mess.Jack come' on man!Please praying for this to be resolved.
Seems like they always get my order wrong. The employee's are nice enough.
Good service, hot food, never too busy outside of normal lunch/dinner crush, open late. Only knock, sometimes run out of items or do not get deliveries to offer certain items. Welcome to the COVID era.
It's jack in the box, they are pretty much universally the same . Occasionally a burger might be a lil bit dryer at one than at another but out of all fast food spots they are one of the most consistent. This is no exception
My regular late night stop. jack in the box. Shakes almost 24 hours a day. Friendly and nice employees

Not good terribly no bueno, just had the cheddar baked in the bun worst sandwich ever with ranch ... I wanted to scrape my tongue ... that's nasty..
Used the drive thru on Friday and today, Wednesday. Employees are great, line moves fast but here's the issue with this location. On Friday they didn't have any chicken for the homestyle chicken burger and they stopped offering bacon potato wedges, not cool.Today, I order my combos and attempt to order tacos and NO TACOS!?!? Not sure what's going on right now?? Is it this just this location, is it happening at all locations? The bad part is there are no labels on the drive thru menu or the window advising of the shortage!! Luckily there are many other options down the road but still... unhappy that I may have to lay off Jack for a bit, at least until they get it together ? #SadRealitySettingIn
