I did not like this Jack in the Box because the customer service was not good. The employee attended the drive-thru customers more than the customers inside. I also received my food cold even though they just made it. I personally like my breakfast jacks hot not cold. The dessert area was also messy and unorganized. Personally don't think that will give people a good impression.
Horrible experience the cashier florecita was all mad just taking orders like if she didn’t want to be there. Asked for 1 extra barbecue sauce and she wanted to charge i payed over 35$ and only got me 1 sauce , that was weird right for jack so i asked for more and she said she needs to charge ,new policy or what? next time just go to McDonald’s they give u all the sauce u want. Asked for supervision and lester comes out like cant do nothing about it ……never again to this location

This place ALWAYS messes up my order and they never have the phone working for some reason so whenever I attempt to call ahead to ask for sauce there's never an answer its information recording my order only to have no sauce
This place will keep your debit card and not give it back to you and walk away and forget to give your card. Customer service is not even any better. The quality of food is hit-and-miss. And will not give you any extra napkins or sauce unless you hold up the drive-through line.
I ordered the tacos how I usually order them- without sauce, but for some reason they tasted horrible.
