We'll usually it's pretty good but I took my grandmother and wifey to eat dinner. Grandma ordered cup of hot tea and it came with lip stick on it as if it was moved from one table to another. We we're cool about it with the server and she corrected it and apologized as we'll. Guess what bugs me is that it was still on the bill when we paid . But even after that the service really lacked any attentiveness.
Do not order pickup from this location. They are incapable of getting the order right, especially if there is any customization. On multiple occasions I have gotten home to find that the order is incorrect. Most recently I ordered sliders with no customization whatsoever, hoping that might alleviate the issue. What I got was small dried out patties on buns far too large for them and NOTHING ELSE. That was the last straw for me which is too bad because in restaurant experiences have been fine.
First and foremost our server was great. The young lady was named Chayla and she did an excellent job of taking care of us. She was kind, courteous, and very attentive. Hope her manager sees this and recognizes that they have awesome employee, and by recognizes I mean give her a bonus or raise, not just verbal praise.+Food was tasty and filling.+Service was excellent, bar far some of the best I have seen of recent memory.+Pricing was reasonable.+Location was clean.+Ample parking.- Nothing to gripe about, enjoyed my meal here and would be happy to eat here again.
5 Stars PURELY because of Jorge. This man is a Godsend. Not only is he super friendly and kind, he helped accommodate my obnoxious list of allergies and got my picky order perfect. I will come back here for the sole purpose of seeing Jorge and having conversation with him lol. From the high maintenance college girls, WE LOVE YOU JORGE!!!

We came in as a party of 8 and half of us had burned food but we were hungry so tried to eat it. Some of the chicken pieces on the salad were so crispy, bread from burger and grilled cheese was black. We told our waitress when she asked us how everything was but she didn’t seem to care. One of our appetizers did not come out until after we all got our meals. We told the waitress to forget about it but she brought it out anyways and of course got charged for it. The fries were also hard and gross. Not coming back here again

Went to this restaurant on 1/20 around noon. The food was great and the service was nice, but as of today I was informed that someone added a $20 tip onto my check after after I had left a $10 cash tip. I guess it was partially my fault for putting a 0 on the tip line, but that kind of stuff is still unacceptable. Be wary of the servers here and make sure you cross out the tip line if you plan on leaving a cash tip. I know I probably won't be returning to this location after this, but hopefully this saves some other people money.
This place is run like a fine oiled machine! Friendly staff and Mellissa behind the bar is the nicest and best of all!The food is great!
