The staff is always short with me at this location. The parking lot sucks so I try to avoid this place. Last night I made an exception… I ordered 3 drinks 2 sprites and 1 Diet Coke. They gave me what I thought was 2 diet cokes and one 7up. I gave them back the second coke and asked politely for the second 7up. When I got home the Diet Coke was actually root beer…?!?!? That seemed personal, I’m just trying to support your business. Never again, I’ll drive to different one next time.
My favorite is Walmart super 1 alot of restraunts and alot of shops right in New Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill
this in n out has really gone downhill. Took them 30 minutes to get my order (tried to be lenient with time and their drive thru but I walked in and there was no line inside). My burger was cold and my fries looked like they were half eaten, the cartoon wasn’t even full/nothing in the bag. I came at 10pm on a Friday. Very disappointed with everything, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened, maybe 2-3 more times of this exact thing in the past month or two.
A person doesn't live in California very long before learning about In N Out Burger. For the uninitiated, they have a "secret menu," but they cook the burgers after they are ordered, so you can get whatever you want on them. Their employees are notches above any fast food place when it comes to friendliness and service. There are always long lines at the drive through, so I always park and go inside to order. The dining room is fully open after the pandemic shutdown
A SoCal tradition. If you grew up with their burgers you probably love them. Long lines at the drive thru because they make everything to order. If you don’t like the limp fries ask for them we’ll done. Taste like potato straws then.
Delicious cheeseburgers, french fries, and drinks. Fast food at it's finest. Doesn't substitute quality or taste for speed. Prices are good. Food is delicious. Service is quick. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is clean. Always fresh, never frozen.
In-n-out is always great food at a great price but they were off their customer service game this time. Order taker and window attendant both had issues with attitude. First time ever had that type of experience with this company. Hope it was just a one off thing.
Food was great, but got the order wrong unfortunately. Same ol' In N Out taste!
The food is always good. They served people's food before mine that had gotten there 7-10 minutes later. Employees are friendly. Long drive thru lines.
The thing about in-n-out is that they provide a very consistent 5 star experience. It's really only newsworthy if something is wrong and that rarely happens. Anyway, this was a typical experience, clean restaurant, friendly staff, great food. The bonus this time was no line.
