This place was not at all what we were expecting after reading the reviews. Stopped by for the lunch specials and it could not have been more than 5 minutes later we were served our lukewarm food. The egg flower soup was a jelly-like consistency and quite bland... the fried rice was very plain. My cashew nut chicken was ok.. however the only thing that made it cashew was a couple of tossed raw cashews sprinkled on top. To top it off, our waiter seemed to be having a bad day.. hopefully that wasn't his normal attitude.
Decided to come here for the first time with a friend who comes here often and I was very impressed with the quality of the food especially for the lunch special. My general Tao’s chicken was a light batter so that there was more chicken than batter, where a heavier batter is common with so many other Chinese restaurants. There are really no substitutions when it comes to the soup, you either get what the soup of the day is or you pay extra for the next size up of something else. So many restaurants make their own version of hot and sour soup and I wouldn’t say that this location has the best. I was also told that you could request extra portion for nominal fee.
I was looking for a good place to get lunch from and saw the reviews for this place. I ordered thru Grubhub because that is what is offered by TripAdvisor. I got chicken and veggies and wonton soup. So you can’t fill in the address during the order and apparently Grubhub had the wrong address. So once I called back and gave them the right address the food came. The owner delivered it and yelled at me because he lost money on the order. ?. So I had the soup and IMMEDIATELY regretted it. I was nauseous and wanted to vomit ?. I am so disappointed and feeling so sick. I thru out the chicken entree because I am afraid to eat it now. So 30.00 out tue window and got yelled at to boot. Thanks for nothing.
Not the same as it used to be. Portions smaller and shrimp fried rice was dry and seemed not fresh. Servers hover at your table while trying to look at menu. Will not recommend anymore.
I got to this place all the time at near my shop great service. The employees are really nice the food is great hot and fresh. Who is tank chicken noodle soup at a Chinese restaurant movie good.
My mom & I Love to go thereWe always have a great mealAnd they treat my mom like royalty. As a matter fact we're going again today!t
Absolutely loved their chow mein, very delicious.
Good food. Great service.
The orange and lemon chicken were extremely bland. The Kung Pao was ok, but the skewer beef even my toddler wouldn't touch. The only think we enjoyed was the war wonton soup.
