This place is so good I could eat here daily. We got a chimichanga appetizer that was so delicious, and each had the shrimp enchiladas. Truly, I have never had better. I can't wait to come back and try other things! This place should be packed around the clock. I went in at a odd time, 330pm, ok a Sunday, and we got right in. The staff is super friendly too!
I thoroughly enjoyed the huevos rancheros and the family restaurant atmosphere. My only problem was a sign saying "Latinx owner business" as it suggested the people running the place don't speak Spanish since "Latinx" is just an artificial term created by ivory tower academics. Other than that small detail undermining the place's authenticity, great food!
Oh my heavens!Found this place thanks to an Instagram add and their Chiles rellenos are DELICIOUS! Yes with capital letters.Definitely recommend this place for good Mexican food. The cucumber ? water was good as well.If you’re looking for good Chiles rellenos, this place is a go! ?
Camarones a la diabla taquitos Dorado y birria taco .. fast and friendly service but the food wasn't tasty it lacked flavor ..
The food was unbelievably good, I have been back twice already. A must try, the fruit waters are fantastic.
Ordered from GrubHub. First time trying this restaurant, will be the last time. They forgot the chicken mole dinner, the pork carnitas have way too much fat and gristle and the chicken enchiladas are too spicy for my husband to eat (and he puts hot sauce on almost everything). Called the restaurant to let them know about the missing dinner and they hung up on me.
I love there food. I also love that they have community events.
Had to make a reservation to dine here. When we arrived no one was at restaurant. Only had a party of 4.Ordered and food arrived quickly but was cold. Sent it back and they microwaved it and was returned dried out. Appears that things are pre-made. This restaurant use to be fabulous but this last visit was disappointing. No adjustments made to our bill for the inconvenience.
I found the food here to be o.k., not anything special. It was lukewarm and uninspired. Considering that this is shown to be an inexpensive restaurant, I found their plates of entrees, some of which were in the ballpark of $18, to be high in price considering the quality of the food and the low-rent ambiance. We ordered margaritas -- they were awful. We found out their margaritas, come from a mix. Not a drop of fresh lime juice was used. Our server was attentive and tried hard, but nothong about this place would cause me to go another time.
This place is a literal hidden gem. It's tucked away in a small strip mall behind a donut shop that anchors the front. Really easy to miss but do yourself a favor and come in. The food is tasty, service is friendly, prices are fair, and it's usually not too busy.
