The high quality of the delicious baked goods justifies the prices. Customer service needs improvement.
Ordered a cake and paid it in full. The cake was to be ready in two day's. The day of the pickup got a call at 2:58 PM from a lady "M" that the cake is ready and that they close at 3:00 PM "see you tomorrow". How is one to get there in that time frame! Why not call earlier!Went there next day and they told me that it is not their responsibility to call when the cake is ready. Since I was upset, I was told that they will not give me the cake, nor refund me. So they kept the cake and also kept my money. Irvine location that we used to order from was great and people were very nice, since it had closed I came to this location. This place does not have customer service and a rude person that calls himself the owner. I found out later he is not the owner, just a glorified counter help.

Tell how you feed 6 to 8 people with a personal 3” cake. You ruined ? my daughters birthday!!!!!! I’ll never order a cake at the orange site again.
Tried this place for so called “French” pastry! The croissant was good but that’s the only thing that was remotely related to French pastry! Others were pretty much just your ordinary bakery.
Love this bakery no matter what you get everything is excellent made fresh daily
Picked up 3 pies day b4 Thanksgiving and the bakery was well staffed to meet the needs of the day so didn't have to wait at all. Very friendly service and polite. The pies were delicious, flakey crust n all. 2 pumpkin, 1 cherry. Had never bought pies there but will be back for more!
