Great burger and fries! Took it to go, and still hot when I got home.

Can’t ever order food from there anymore for some reason. Been trying about the last 4-5 days. Don’t even answer their phones, don’t know if they’re just under staffed or closing this location down or what but guess I won’t be able to go here anymore, pretty disappointing
Really good burger and fries. Lots of toppings to chose from and well seasoned fries. The wait can be a little long since it's made to order but it's worth it. Probably not the best place to go on your lunch break though. They have a Coke freestyle machine so you can have any kind of soda which goes really well with the burgers. The staff was super happy and friendly, definitely obvious they like working here. It's pricey compared to other burger places but worth it for the quality and quantity. Like other people have said, I didn't feel the best after finishing everything since it's a big portion and kind of oily. Not In N Out quality in my eyes but a good place when I want a more premium burger, definitely better than a fancy restaurant burger.

Sometimes a 5 and sometimes a 1, so I'll average it out and give it a 3, but they get an additional point as I'll explain.I go here to get only one thing - the fries.They do make some brilliant fries.The problem is around who is manning the fry station. Sometimes you get someone brilliant, who really "hooks it up," is very friendly, and accommodates all the requests. Other times, you get the guy who transferred in from another location who is skimps in what he offers, is rude, obnoxious, and accusatory.This is where the bonus point comes in: when Mr Obnoxious messes up, a call to the manager fixes the problem right up.Now, all they need to do is sort of get the transferree to adopt the general friendly disposition of the Katella crew, and 5 starts is what they'll get.

Good food but the employees needs to be a little more quiet.
Good Food. Not down with having to ask about my Oreo milkshake not being placed with my order. How dare they try to neglect me from such wonderful experience. Loved that $6 shake. ?
