We're done giving this Farmer Boys another chance. Today we ordered breakfast but the menu in the drive thru left out the word OR so it was confusing because I was trying to order thinking I got an extra choice. It didn't help having the order taker talking over us, not able to explain the options clearly and being impatient with us. The thing that was most upsetting was when we drove up to the window I was getting my Farmer Boys app open to save $10 I told the cashier to wait a minute my husband and I both told her 3 times to wait for my rewards. Unfortunately, my husband handed her our card and she couldn't or wouldn't hear us because she would not stop talking over us. So completely rude. Why do I have this app on my phone if they don't let me receive my reward? Maybe the staff should learn to listen rather than keep talking over their customers.It's unfortunate because there are some people who work there who do a great job. But today's drive thru staff were just impatient jerks who don't help promote their app.
Ate here three times in two weeks. Food and service are good but the bathroom smells like raw sewage which today was smelling up the restaurant seating area. My daughter wanted to leave.
I visited thjs place 3times now, in the past month. Great prices, quick service and friendly people! Definitely need to stop in at this place!
So I came here to purchase Cobb salad which I like from Farmer boys. The girl in the window “Kaylee” was very rube to me, I asked her for extra chicken when ordering. She told me 2 dollars then she increased the price by four dollars. I was thinking, ok that is fine with me.When I received my order at 15 dollars for a unsweetened ice tea and the salad that had a little amount of chicken. I asked her if I can get more. She gave me the rudest remark with my care in the world. I basically got ripped off for 15 dollars at this place. Such a disappointment how the younger generation is with rude remarks not compensating for the customers to return to the franchise. Kaylee needs to get retained on customer service.Thanks for taking my 15 dollars for 3oz of chicken and an ice tea.
Very disappointed in meal. Nothing special about the cheese burger. Had much better for about the same price. Pancakes and eggs so so. To many other places have better.
I'm very impressed with this restaurants cause these aren't expensive and I felt like my food as enjoyable ? delicious and decent proportion. Best choice for good, cheap and delicious
Fries were overcooked and hard as a rock. My chicken strips were undercooked. The cashier had an horrible attitude and at first gave me the completely wrong order, than end up giving me the worst food/experience I've ever had at a Farmers boys.I wouldn't recommend going here. I will be taking my business else where. Hopefully they will hire mature staff in the near future
Lost our order!? Waited 30 minutes and asked why it was taking so long. Was told they were short staffed. Then she got food and left. Waited another 15 minutes and was told they lost our order. When food came out was good.
Food was made fast and fresh. My burger and fries were delicious. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients.Salads are pretty large and filling.Hamburgers are huge. Just about big enough for sharing. Get the fried zucchini they are awesome. It’s a must try!!!Overall I had a great dining experience like always.The food here at Famer Boys was amazing and the staff is very friendly and nice and in all just a great place.Highly recommended!!!
