Ordering on app is pretty easy. When picking up, if you're going to go in, pull really hard on the door. It's not locked. I went back to my car only to see someone yank the door open and go in. I went back instead of canceling my order and the person was coming out. He said, "The door tricked me last week." They have to get the sticky door fixed. The app showed pick up in 15min. So I decided to go wait inside. I looked at the order board and saw my name with 9 min next to it. Another person walked in saw his name at 7 min as he told the cashier. Two minutes go by and he said to the cashier, "Why did 10 more minutes jump on all the times?" I looked up where my name was displayed and sure enough 10 minutes was added to wait pickup time. Something must have glitched on the app and board. Anyways, my food was ready and hot and accurate. Price was right too. I recommend this establishment.
Did carside pickup on 12/31/21 and within 20 seconds of the 2 minute window they cleared the order saying it was delivered when it had not yet to avoid the negative mark and free pizza. I went out of my car to go inside and waited an additional 3 minutes then I was told they were about to take it out and there was a "glitch" in the system. I don't appreciate being lied to when the team members here are clearing orders just to not have negative marks on their store. Will be avoiding this location for the foreseeable future.
Delicious pizza at a reasonable price. Don't order from here unless you have a coupon otherwise it's not so reasonably priced. Quality of the pizza is consistent and usually ready by the promised time. The workers here are always friendly and greets you when you walk in. The kitchen appears to be clean and well staffed. I highly recommend using the app to order because it has the best deals...if you call in your order they do not give you the best deals when you ask if they have any specials going on. I personally have never had that problem but have been there when they are on the phone with a customer and telling them the offers and I was paying way less than that. Again this is a well run location but do yourself a favor and download the Dominos app or your going to pay double what you would without it.
They would had gotten a below zero stars but since they made there mistake right. They deserve the 4 1/2 stars.They comp me my pizza plus a free small pepperoni pizza ? and extra $10 on my account.I'm extremely great full for the manager that made everything right. Thank you so much. I'm sorry for the hassle we both experience today.

Don’t waste your time…. THE SECOND TIME IVE HAD AN ORDER JUST NOT SHOW UP. And called and said I was next to be delivered and I live .3 miles away from there… been 20 min now since that conversation with the rude chick. Never again.
I ordered a very yummy chicken BBQ pizza the employee who took the call was excellent patient even though im sure he could barely hear because I was walking down Tustin Ave but I asked if they do no contact delivery he said yes but then the rings door bell asking to sign the receipt while I'm confidently in the shower knowing they were going to leave the pizza right outside the door but they didn't. I find it hard to believe dominos doesn't do no contact deliveries in these covid-19 times I did postmates for a little while and people requested to just leave food right outside the door all the time. Do Minos a neighborhood joint
