My family and I love chili's. We don't have any in our area so we get excited when we find one to eat at. Unfortunately, after making out way into this one we were met with a less than friendly hostess that flatly told us the wait would be 30 minutes. After telling her that it was fine, we'd wait, she jotted down our number with a grumble and just stared at us as we walked out of the restaurant into the lobby area to wait. When we got the text our table was ready, the waitress unenthusiastically tossed a menu onto our table and said our waiter would be by soon. We asked her if we could have another menu or two (family of 5 here) she snapped at my wife and said "we only give you one" and walked away. A sour start to the experience. It's a shame this is the first person you are met with at the door as it set a poor tone for what would otherwise be a great spot to eat. The waiter was excellent and friendly (and he even brought us another menu) and was quick with our order. Here's hoping the food is good.
DO NOT go to this Chili's!!! Go elsewhere. I could understand if it was once but it's been many times that I go in and they are NOT busy but I have to wait over 45 minutes to be seated. Curbside is NO better. I had to get out of my car to ask for my order after having waited 30 minutes once I checked in. My food was COLD!!! Stay away!!! Poorly ran Chili's. Again, not my first time going here. I've been for many years and see why I'd rather drive 20 minutes to the next closest Chili's in Yorba Linda
I've been coming to this Chili's for years but last night was terrible. Besides the long wait to be seated, it took longer to be served and even longer for the meals to arrive. Some appetizers came long after the meal and others never showed up. Drinks were never refilled and orders were wrong. Couldn't find my waiter and when I did, all he did was apologize, said he would take care of it on the bill and promised to fix the issue. Ofcourse he never returned and the bill was never adjusted. Frustrated and feeling neglected I paid the bill and left the restaurant feeling mistreated. Pitiful experience.
We came here for we are returning customers of Chilli's. Let me tell you that you will not be disappointed coming here. The service is great and fast. The food comes out with the perfect temperature. I was trying to post on yelp as well but my app was crashing so I came to next spot which is Google Reviews. The drinks are great as well. We will definitely return when we are in town.
I was there Friday afternoon. I was seated immediately and my server "Dee or Dean", sorry for the confusion, was very attentive. He asked me how I was doing and I said, not so well. I was having a very disturbing day. At the time it came to pay my bill he said it was on them. I tried to pay or at least leave a tip. He refused and said they just wanted to bring a little happiness into my day. What a wonderful gesture and what a wonderful gentleman.Thankyou
I went in a few nights ago and was told the wait would be about 20 minutes. I gave my name and phone number and they said they'd text me when the table was ready. After 40 minutes I asked if they had an idea when the table would be ready. The hostess looked through her list and told us they gave our table to someone else. They didn't text the number we gave them. The hostess was very apologetic which was appreciated, but we ended up going somewhere else.
Chili’s Bar and Grill been a customer at the Stadium Promenade on and off for years. Always an enjoyable experience.Not one to complain but the app is supposed to make you join a waitlist doesn’t work and if you call your told the time, you get there same time quoted?Food is amazing, love the jacked up potato soup, could eat gallons of it.Service and staff are great, they do provide a great experience to their customers.Overall food is warm and service on point. You can be in and out in a jiffy.
Staff was really nice but we had to wait 30 minutes for our food “to-go/pick up”. Our southwest chicken salad didn’t have any chicken. The manager was too busy to help us right away, so we left our number. Never received a phone call back.

I went last Saturday, that being said it was not as busy as i thought it would be for a Saturday afternoon. We got seated as soon as we walked in. The good and service was good. So what more can i say, Great food, great service= 5 star!
