A tiny hole in the wall inside a small strip mall. Crowded but worth the wait. Quality food and large portions. The Angel burrito is enough for 3 people with smaller appetites.
Wish they had one of these a little closer to me. The drive was worth it! These burritos are massive!! They must weigh about 2 lbs. They are only priced around $11 and are as big as 2 burritos you would buy elsewhere.
I stopped by there on Friday and ordered one Cali burrito. My number was 402, it wasn't the busiest I had ever seen it. They were calling out numbers in the 390's, until they jumped passed me into 410's and up. So I checked with the person at the counter, to see if any of the orders sitting there were mine. No she said. They were at 432 it was 8:30pm and I had placed my order at 7:27. So I went back in, to inquire of why they were at 432. She had the audacity to say, they had called my number, and that I just didn't hear it, with a rude tone. But why would they call my number, if they didn't have my food ready. It should have been there at the pickup area, cold, and ready to hand over to me. Then she said they were now making it, as we stood there discussing the matter. Not only did she lie to me, she insulted my intelligence. So I got my money refunded, as I didn't need some sweaty Jose, doing something dirty to my food. Service here has really taken a dive.
Great food, patio available, friendly staff.I ordered the West Coast burrito with adobada and it was delicious and hefty. You can certainly feed two with this enormous and tasty burrito. They do not skimp on the meat either. Check the place out. I know I will go back there again.
Consistently good food! My favorite is the Supreme Burrito with Carnitas, but their classic Cali Burrito can't be ignored. Every ingredient is fresh, they load you with meat and garnishes. Their Rolled Tacos are bomb too! I do wish their agua fresca was homemade, but the dispenser is cool. Prices were incredible pre inflation, but even now, they're very competitive. If you live nearby, you're lucky, but if you can make the drive like I do from Los Angeles, it's worth it!
Awesome place! They have great food and my favorite is the Angel burrito. And it’s open really late on weekends which I love. However, it can get extremely busy and it’s such a small location that it gets super busy. Great business for them but sometimes that wait can be too long.
the Cali Qusadilla! don't forget the sour cream and Guacamole..
Always forget to take a picture because of the anticipation. Had the Angel Burrito and yes I can finish it in one sitting. Their flautas(rolled taquitos) are great. Salsa is a must. Thanks Cali Tacos for the consistency of your delicious food.
Love, love, LOVE Cali Tacos! This is my go-to place for incredible Mexican comfort food! The portions are HUGE and everything tastes quite AMAZING! Family favorites include: Rolled Tacos; Cali "Nachos"; ALL the Burritos; ALL the Tacos. You know we're eatin' good in the neighborhood when we get CALI TACOS!
I have been wanting to try this spot for a while and wasn't disappointed the tacos are bomb there service was fast and friendly
