This is closet to where i live and my experience has always been the same ! Poor customer service for take out orders ! Employees seem to be in a bad mood not pleasant welcoming! The food is always late than the time it was expected to be ready! They dont care about customers at all! Food is sometimes correct other times they mess it up! Gave 2 stars for the very few times i got a perfect order and excellent service!
I got home with my food and part of my order was missing. I was missing my side chips and salsa, carrots and celery(they said it was not on my order), and the chocolate milk for my son. I called back and they couldn't resolve it because I paid with a gift card and they were having a hard time with the refund. I ended up talking to the manager. Either we got disconnected or I got hung up on. I wasn't sure, so I called back, and they picked up but hung up right away without saying anything. (yes I worked in customer service I have seen people do this) Then I called again, and they put me on hold. I hung up after 10 minutes. I'm now at home, I can't go back for the rest of my food, and I won't get my money back for the food I never got. I will not be coming back ever.

never coming back again!!!! there was no one at the check in to give us seats or anything for a whole hour . they told us seating was going to be 10 minutes but was 2 hours. unbelievable how the customer service is here. i will not be coming to this location ever again i am so disappointed.
Too bright and had TV and sound on some docu series instead of the Ducks game . Server was ok and wings came out almost dry.
Good place to eat..Shasha the waiter is the best love when she works on the days we go. Doesn't get too packed which i like about this location.
They make better wings then the Buffalo near my house in vegas, but they are really picky about limiting the flavors to 10 of each. The one by my house will do 5 no questions asked. Same with the Buffalo wild wings in oregon the limit was always 5. They seem to forget a 6 pack is offered...The server blamed orange county? I blame the manager because they made that stupid rule not corporate or the county ?♂️
The wings barely had any seasoning and sauce. They do not taste good at all. They did not include the ranch. They also did not include the drink that I ordered as well. It was a simple order of wings, ranch and a drink
Great tasting wings. Friendly waiter. I felt a little uncomfortable eating on the patio watching ball, as the homeless were standing over my shoulders
