When we came to the front because we received a text that our table was ready, there were 7 girls huddled up in the front talking. They saw my family and I walk up, they looked at us and kept talking. We stood there waiting a few minutes until I finally approached them and told them we received a text that our table was ready. Our server who was a woman had a terrible attitude, didn't smile even after I smiled at her, didn't greet us, she kept giving me this mean look throughout the whole time we were ordering. She never once came up to us to ask if we needed anything else, we ran out of ketchup and needed refills on our drinks. My husband had to get up and grab a ketchup bottle from another table since our waitress couldn't be bothered to check on us since she was too busy talking with her coworkers. Without notice, a different waiter began helping us, we didn't even know they switched. We had to ask several times about our wings since our orders never came out but thankfully my kids orders were brought out. Took them 20 minutes to get us refills on our drinks. When I went to the restroom, a waitress came out of the stall ran her hands under water, didn't properly wash her hands and walked out, that's disgusting & she can get customers sick with all that bacteria on her hands & to think she was handling someone else's food. They also sat us in a corner with chairs stacked up behind my seat, which made it hard for me to get out & not one worker approached to help me remove the chairs even after they saw me struggling to scoot them away. Terrible service, would not come back and I'll let my family & friends know that this location is awful & most likely none of the servers wash their hands.
So I went there to have enjoyable night. But ended up not so Much. I ordered my wings but it took nearly 40 minutes to come. And my Chips and salsa took 25 minutes with small salsa and tone of Chips and nobody came to check on me. Not single person until I was done eating. The worse part ? Two people who came after me they got their orders faster and one took only 7 and half minutes. And people were so nice to and checked on them every second them and friendly. This isn’t right Guys. I didn’t spent $28 including $.75 tip to get bad service. I normally tip over 25% for good or great service
It breaks my heart to give BWW a one star. Their food is amazing unless they get your order wrong on several occasions. Lately I been ordering door dash here and I have to say the disappointment continues. It didn't matter if I order as I dine in, cashier or doordash my order is always wrong. All I ask for is a plain cheeseburger. Not difficult at all. I just might have to give BWW a rest for awhile and hope for a new service line that can read. ?♀️
If ghetto and unprofessional was a restaurant, then this take the cake. The only positive thing was the played the soccer game on tv for the people. It was not crowded at all, so we didn’t understand why it took an hour to make our food. We all tried to remain understanding but end having to get out food the cooked twice because it was cold. The lettuce was slimy. After the second time we asked for a manager who certainly did not accommodate us as well by making us seem crazy that our food wasn’t really cold and it was all just our imagination. It’s truly heartbreaking for me and my coworkers. After a long shift of working at a hospital as nurses, we had high hopes that this restaurant would bring some type of comfort. It sad to say this but I feel like because of our race, we receive poor service while everyone around us had more professional accommodations.

This was the location at the Outlets at Orange. There was no wait time but only the bar area was open because the restaurant only had one server on that morning...it made things a little difficult for the host because we needed a high chair but she managed, so I appreciate that. I got the lunch combo with the wings! My only issue was that the wings were kind of tough. I think I scratched my throat eating one the skin off of one of the traditional. I just feel like if I pay that price, they shouldn't be so rough...but maybe it was just the time of day, who knows? The flavoring was great though! I got Mango habanero. 8/10!
Went here today 3/12/22 and the wings where horrible, lemon pepper wings had seasoning inside box but none on the wings, the ranch dressing cups seemed practically empty, Buffalo wings not good at all… worst wings I ever tasted
We did a pick-up order online 20 minutes max before we got there. All the wings were overwhelmingly salty as a base flavor, for the dry rub seasoning they unevenly seasoned and also was the sauce seasoned ones some got drenched and others don't. The vegetable portion that they give were extremely small and sad. The nachos which supposed to be extremely easy not to messed up, by the time that got to us was soggy as if it was from another order that have gotten sit out to soak then get transferred it into our order so they don't have to throw it out. One of us tried to finish their portion and has gotten sick in their stomach. Definitely will stay away from this place like the plague.
Staff was not very helpful. Ordered wings to go, after 25 minutes waiting in the lobby I asked a staff member if my order was being processed and I was assured it was. I waited another 10-15 minutes and asked again. I don't know how long it had been sitting in the pick-up area unattended, but it had been awhile. My wings were cold and dry. Pretty disappointing for the price.
Always a solid choice for a group hangout. It's loud and rambunctious. A good celebration spot. Night time is not family friendly. There is a lot of drunken debauchery. Or maybe that was just me and my table? Not really a date spot. You'll get messy in sauce and have to yell at each other across the table.
