Fried chicken is good by association. But superior fried chicken is hard to come by. After visiting Chapman, we stopped for a quick bite, not expecting much. To our surprise, this was seriously one of the best fried chicken tenders and sandwiches I’ve ever had. The breading, crispiness, and sauces were excellent. Service was kind and the outdoor seating was lovely. Overall, not your average chicken place, highly recommend!
Ooooh Yeah!.. Make your tastebuds happy! The only negative thing I can say, is that you can't order everything that you want. Well you can, but if you do, you'll order everything on the menu. Because everything sounds so delicious. Deciding is the chore. Do you want savory? Do you want sweet? Or both? I went with both. I knew what I wanted until I looked at the menu. I ended up ordering breakfast and lunch, together. And my tastebuds were doing a Happy Dance with each bite. They have a great staff and a clean open air dining area.You need to try this spot. You'll be happy that you did.

EVERYTHING is amazing. The food is delicious - there are so many options, milkshakes are thick (but not too thick) and yummy, staff is super friendly, food comes out fast - even when there's a wait, the prices are reasonable, and the bathroom is clean.We ordered: original fried chicken and waffle, crème brûlée waffle, kids waffle, and 2 milkshakes for under $40.This is a must when in Orange County! Great for kids, pets, and everyone! Easy parking and walking friendly.
Simple menu that all very good kind of centered around chicken and waffles. Parking is a bit of a challenge though...no dedicated parking available.
I got a buttermilk fried chicken salad, a 4 piece chicken and fries and a pumpkin shake. The menu is neat and easy to read. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean neat eating area. Plenty of seating even though it is located across the street from Chapman University. I ordered around 12pm on a mon and waited about 15 minutes. The seating area is shaded so its a nice place to eat when the weather isn't great.

I like chicken and waffles, and I like sandwiches... But a CHICKEN & WAFFLE SANDWICH... It was heavenly! My only regret was not eating it while it was fresh, but even while warm, the food was incredible! I need more food like this in my life, although my doctor might disagree.I had the original and the chipotle honey sauce drizzled over the sandwich was divine and added the perfect spicy to the sweet. Crunch on the chicken was there, and meshed with the full flavor of the waffle so well. Tater tots were good but probably better when fresh (my fault). I'm definitely adding this to by list of places to indulge on while I can! ?
Unhealthy food for students ??? Not 1 healthy meal. So easy to add an avocado vegan salad to the menu and offer students a healthy option. My daughter eats chicken so she loves this place. I’m sure she would give a different review.
Worth the hype! Was in town and a lot of my friends who go to the nearby school told me this was a must for brunchy type concoctions and I am so glad I went ... Great customer service and excellent food, it will always be a spot to visit when in town ♡
