Pulled up at 9:45 pm on a Wednesday when their hours on their door said open till 11pm thru Thursday and a woman is locking the door as we walk up. I ask if they are closing & she doesn’t even acknowledge me and continues to lock the door. I get closing early if business is slow, but not acknowledging a customer walking up is complete BS.
We've been coming here for awhile, the food is good but the management and employees have some work to do. It's the feeling that it wasn't just a bad experience with one employee, it's usually all of the time. The employees are generally rude and rushed and because it seems to always be a problem it leads me to believe it's an owner/manager issue. We drove to Orange and visited the place at 8:50 on March 31st (consequently the last day of their pi promo). We approached the doors and one of the employees had locked the incoming door so customers weren't able to enter the building - their store hours are until 10pm. We thought it was a mistake so we waited for a customer to come out and then entered and approached the counter. The employees rudely told us they would not be able to help us because they had to-go orders to do and that's why they locked the door and said we could leave. I honestly couldn't believe it, I was willing to wait 10-15 min but that wasn't offered, nor was a coupon or anything of the sort to visit again when they were able to serve us in the future. The management team at this location is completely inept for dealing with situations like this in a professional manner, I am an understanding person and there are ways this could have been handled much more professionally. Also, no one has ever reached out after an inquiry, so that tells you how much they care.
Pizzas ? was bomb and the beers ? on tap are the best. Friendly service.

A build-your-own style pizzeria with fresh ingredients. Really, if you don't like your pie that's on you.Reasonable prices, clean interior.Concerning the rona situation, the staff wore masks but not the customers. I'm finding that to be typical in this area.
Not all Blaze Pizzas are created equal. This one on N Tustin in Orange, CA is special. I highly recommend it and hopefully you'll have the good fortune of having your pizza made by Blake, the Zen of all things Blaze.

The staff here are always gracious and friendly. Pizzas are always fast and yummy! The dining room is always clean and comfortable. I've been going here for years and I love it! (Sorry for only giving four stars, I was sleeping at the time.
