Service was horrible. Pizza tasted poor. Had to ask about food, as waited forever
Pre-order feature is very difficult & misleading causing my preorder to be packed togo ($200). We ate at restaurant out of togo package but waiter had terrible customer service due to manager not sending $25 tip from togo to him. Bad service.
Wouldnât recommend this location. Service was pretty bad at 3:30 pm. Not crowded at all and our waiter failed to check in on us frequently. We never got a refill to our drinks and had to ask the manager.
Service and food was mediocre at best. I would give this a 3/10.
We had reservations and arrived 4 min early, the hostess refused to seat us till 8:30, then when we ordered the waitress informed us they just sold the last plate of avocado egg rolls.
Any other day this place is good but this day there were a lot of items on the menu that werenât available so that was a bummer

Terrible. Placed a takeout curbside order. Order was supposed to be ready at 8:05. We called when we got there at 8:05 and after speaking two different people and holding for 10 mins, they said they are still packing and will be out shortly. Well around 8:35 we still didn't get our order so we went in and the girl went out back and just came back with the bags and handed it to us with no apology or anything. Once we got home everything was cold. Every. Single. Item. They gave us burnt looked half eaten cold pizookis and even changed out the strawberry shortcake for something else with no ice cream. It was super disappointing. This was supposed to be for mother's day n it just sucked. I did call and speak to a manager, after holding for a while they offered to refund our money. This is our second time going to this location and second time being dissatisfied. The first time they completely missed our platter of wings so we had to go back to get it after we were already home
Great server and good food.
They took an hour to bring us our food. Some of our meals were cold, but the waitress were excellent.
