I was looking forward to a nice bagel salmon, onion and tomato with cream cheese and a few more items. Went through the drive-through, Once I got home I realized 2 items missing, not to mention the bagels had scraped on cream cheese, 1 small tomato, 2 thin pieces of red onion and I could not even see the salmon unless I moved the small tomato. Take it from me this has changed overnight. I would save your money and make it at home it would be cheaper and you can make more. Also it will save you the hassle of driving back or calling them to let them know they have to credit you back. Just a heads up since money is so precious now along with gas.
I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. The food is great and I have never had a quality issue. Although staffing and management has lost all customer service etiquette. I placed an online order for a Pizza and salad for my family. I was called by a clerk stating we needed to pay for the food in advance, they didn’t want to make it because they had a few cancellations earlier. He said I can take your card over the phone, which I replied I don’t feel comfortable giving you my credit card info. I’ll just head over now to pay for it in person. Again, I frequent this location often and have never been asked to do this. I said I’ll be there in 5 min or so which he then replied the manager Albert said either you pay for it now or we don’t make it. I then asked to speak to Albert which he declined. The clerk said the manager just said pay for it now over the phone or we simply don’t make it. I declined which he then said we won’t be making your order than. I don’t write reviews often even with bad experiences but tonight I was beyond flabbergasted by the in ability to adhere to any customer service etiquette. Poor management, bad staffing, and terrible customer service lost your business a long time customer.
This Bagel Me location was a disappointment. I order a sourdough bagel with cream cheese. Not sure if it was sourdough, which is not a big deal. However, the cream cheese tasted like a combination of blue cheese and mayo. Which would be great with wings, but I am having a bagel expecting my cream cheese to taste like cream cheese. Maybe it was expired. It just ruined my breakfast, next time I will just go to 85. I get a drink and a pastry for $5+. Also, the customer service needs work. The lady in the window did not greet me once. She works in the customer services field; therefore, you need customer service skills. Will not be going to this location ever.

As a food delivery driver, part of my responsibilities is to ensure those whom use my services do not get sick. Unfortunately, this establishment doesn't share this value, for when I tried to pick up an order from the drive through, the karen at the window refused to hand the food over, insisting I come inside, thus touching the door handle and risking my health and that of my and her customers. When I informed her of this, she laughed at the idea of people getting sick due to her inability to do her job correctly. This carelessness and borderline yearning to get people infected with covid has caused me to decide never to pick up from this location again.

Had a good experience here with my kid. The food came fast and the customer service is just excellent. Prices are reasonable.
