Alright 5/5 for their beer but this is my experience at 1886.Service was okay - they took quite some time to get to the table and said, "I didn't even notice your table" ... Even though they had walked right past us to another table. So super delightful, especially for the first time being here. However she ended up being super sweet but the host were just standing their talking, if maybe there was better communication we would have had better first experience. The stars are mostly cause the food SUCKED. It's not really worth the price. Chile Verde fries looked good and they were okay, I just never tasted the chili Verde. And it's not true poutine, it's like a white melty cheese but not cheese curds. DO NOT GET the Chorizo quesito fundido dip appetizer, can't believe the price and it was literally worse than Velveeta cheese and the chorizo looked so sad.Anyways I'm sure there's better food but I wouldn't come back.
Stumbled upon this place for lunch yesterday while at the Orange Circle. Im so glad we gave it a shot. While other restaurants had a long wait we walked right in here and sat in back patio. Felt safe though personally i would have liked to seen more masks. Anyway, the service was great and friendly. We had the fried cauliflower which was so good. Chopped salad and strawberry fields. Both were excellent though maybe a little over priced..seems like everything is these days. I would definitely come back to try out some beers and other food items. Hidden gem
Stopped by for an early dinner. Ordered a strawberry Moscow mule and a raspberry lemon drop. Sent the mule back. Didn’t care for it. The lemon drop was good. Had the chile verde poutine as an appetizer. It was pretty good and the pork was very tender. I had the 1886 burger because I heard it was good. It was nothing special. I’d rather have Five Guys. The potato salad I had with it was bland. I didn’t enjoy either. My wife had the OC cheesesteak sandwich with fries. She enjoyed it. I was disappointed because I really wanted a good burger. Overall it was just ok.
Filet was delicious! Music was great! Service was fantastic!
Awesome building, clean and good service
Large brewpub with patio seating out back (inc 2 large tv's). Limited beer selection with some "out" or "coming soon". Food was impressive with beet and burrata salad as well as half sandwiches with fries or side salad quite filling. Happy hour prices a plus. Friendly and engaging staff . Don't forget parking is a challenge in this area so it's more efficient just to park and walk a few blocks.

Good beer! Happy hour ended at 6. Large pretzel was good with beer cheese dipping sauce.
Was visiting the area for a convention and I was looking for something local. I'm glad we came here, good spot for a drink and the area is very nice to walk around.
Great tasting beers, always something new. Very good food. Try the pretzel, beets and buratta, fish &chips, my favorites.Friendly service. Great local brewery, worth a try or make it your place to hang out.
