Yong Kant Street was a random pick that we were obviously very hungry at the time we found it, it was pretty busy and I trust my guts when it comes to busy places, we ordered 2 plates and it only took like seven minutes to be ready which was so fast compared to the amount of people seated and the busy time of the day, the noodle with beef was tasty and nice but I would say the portion was pretty small specially the beef, the other plate which was the shrimps hibachi style was very tasty and the portion was ok with the noodle, the overall experience is good for a fast food
Pros:• Friendly customer service• Decent food portions• Clean Restaurant• Vibrant atmosphereCons:• Food needed more flavors• Pricing was on the expensive sideOverall:I would recommend trying this place and seeing if you think it’s worth it. My girlfriend and I would go back but would get different things on the menu.
Not what I expected. The taste was average. Nothing special. Paid $30 only for noodle and 2 portions of dumplings. One time is enough
Do not recommend! Staff serving your food are rude. Very simple process they hand you a pager once you pay, you seat yourself, once your pager goes off you go pick up your food. My husband and I ordered shrimp fried rice, shrimp lo mein and a side of shrimp dumplings. We paid, cashier handed us a pager, found somewhere to sit, pager goes off so I get up and proceed to the pick up area. I hand the woman my pager, she snatched it and she says “you go sit down it’s not for you, honey. Your mistake.” I just shrugged it off and went to sit back down. A few minutes later my pager goes off again and I go back to this woman and hand her the pager. She hands me our food and I go sit down. My husband and I open our trays and it’s the wrong food. I get up to make my way to the pick up window to take back the two trays that were wrong and I explained to the woman (with receipt in hand) that my order was wrong. She snatched the receipt out of my hand and starts shoving me to go get the dumplings and bring them back to her. So I finally get what I think is our order but come to find out she gave us tofu dumplings, greasy bland shrimp lo mein and greasy extra salty shrimp fried rice. Overall it was a horrible and humiliating experience. Never again! If I could I would give zero stars!
My daughter and I LOVED both of our Ramen mine spicy hers was not. Boba was really good and drinks taste delicious.
I really like this spot! It's like a tiny restaurant in the mall, with its own seating unlike spots in the food court. Had the ramen with miso base. Perfect for a rainy day ? and they have boba tea various flavors. My ONLY issue is the noodles were a little too cooked for my liking, next time I'll ask if they can make them firmer. Other than that I love it!
Ordered 2 chicken fried rice ($10 each) and mango smoothie ($5.65 + 0.75 for Boba) First time here. The fried rice were good. You might need some soy sauce and a couple of chilli sauces if you are a spicy person. The mango smoothie was good with boba in it. Not too much sugar. The wait is slightly long. So expect it and have patience. Might come back to see other food choices. It would be good if you clean the crumbs left behind where you ate and go because I didn't see the workers coming and cleaning the dining area. So don't know how it works during this COVID times and their sanitary practices. I don't think it's too pricey compared to a $15 Chicken Fried rice from outside Asian Restaurant. Highly recommend this place.
Boba was good and food is alright. Was pretty busy so the wait was completely understandable. One of the workers, Chen, did have a slight attitude and was not very kind. I’ve worked in the restaurant business as well and have always treated customers kindly, even if it was busy and very hectic. May return just for the boba.
Got the shrimp dumplings and tonkotsu ramen. Dumplings were bland but dipping sauce was good.RamenBroth was very blandNoodles were decentEgg was hard boiled and overcooked to the point that it had the black ring around the yolk.Pork chasu had good flavor but was very chewy.Service was great though.
If you have not tried it, go right now! Their food is bomb. ? I had their chicken and shrimp chow mein and it was delicious. Definitely recommended more than the restaurants in the food court area.
