I was charged almost $40 about a year later. I’ve been waiting patiently for a refund and a response from the actual branch owner- but they have yet to respond. This is unexceptable! If you want frozen yogurt I suggest going to a menchi location or a separate location from this Ontario branch altogether. Because of an issue with their system I was charged almost $40?! For fear of this happening again- I suggest taking your business elsewhere- buyer beware! Legally you’re only supposed to backcharge a customer about 31 or so days later- not a whole year- this is basically theft.
hace más de 1 año que no visito este negocio y en días pasados me llegó un cargo a mi tarjeta de una compra que se hizo en este establecimiento, dónde no estuve, es un fraude que me hayan hecho un cargo de algo que no adquirí, tengan mucho cuidado, no les vaya a pasar lo mismo, revisen sus cuentas no les vayan a cargar de más o hacer un cargo de algo que no compraron. Y lo malo que el banco tampoco hizo nada y les pagaron lo que yo no compre jamás
Brought my kids for some yogurt…I’m sure employees can wait for customers to leave so they can sweep..But no little gf was right behind us almost sweeping between our feet. Very rude, no common sense. Never coming back again.
WARNING!!CRIDIT CARD FRAUD at this location!My wife and have recently had charges at this location after months of not being there. It seems like they are saving the information and reusing it or re-billing!In the process of investigating with their corporate office but they are very little help. Pay cash or do not visit this one.
Clean simple spot flavors change hear and there.. they always got there toppings filled.. never crowded nice spot to grab and go
Unfortunately I had to choose different flavors.. Because they didn't have any cheesecake or strawberry yogurt. I definitely would make sure strawberries available because that's a popular flavor. The guy who helped me didn't even realize those flavors were out. And they were already opened an hour.
