Wings were horrible. They barely had any meat and it was dry. Fries were decent but only the ones at the top. The bottom was just burnt, gross fries.The quality of the food in general has become horrible. The wings used to be great, and were a good size. The fries were also amazing but not anymore. With the prices going up so much you'd expect the food to atleast be decent quality, but it is horrible.I'll most likely never order from here, or wingstop in general again

Terrible. Completely messed up my order then when I called they responded with “why are you calling so late.” I’ve already wrote your corporate office the night of the incident. Yet your corporate office doesn’t even respond. Total joke this company.

Rude staff, cold & greasy food! And also this place is very dirty and disgusting

This Wing stop is filthy I came in first thing in the morning and the tables were dirty there was puddles of water on the flooor along with sticky floor , last time coming here

Never order online here got charged for my food but it never went through and they refused to help other then contact corporate for a refund. So unhelpful.

I was so disappointed! I live in proximity to this store, the Rancho store and the Upland store. I had never been to this one, and since it had a piece of a star more than the others, I thought I'd give it a try. My mistake.The chicken was not fresh, some of the pieces were hard, one piece still had feathers.. that's just nasty and the seasoning/sauce was not consistent. On top of all of that, the drink dispenser was not working for the flavor I wanted. Since I purchased combos, I expected to be compensated for the drink I did not receive. I was told I would have to wait 3-5 days since I paid with a card. Whatever. It's been over a week and nothing. I'm pretty sure I'll never see that refund. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this store. Poor food quality and equally poor customer service.

Purchased dinner, went home to find order was short went back picked up missing item. To drive back home to find another dish was served with cold chicken. Then my other two items..one was soggy bits and the other was greasy not good tasting chicken thighs. I had to return everything and this is my 3rd trip back. Was told by the Manager on Dec. 11th that I will get my refund a.d it's in process just checked and nothing was returned. This is a bad experience being that it's a new shop in the neighborhood but 2 out of 5 pickups wrong and this one just terrible. Lost my business and where is my refund?

Ordered here to go several times over the phone. Always got the fries from the bottom of the barrel.Dined in for the first time way worse experience than grabbing it to go. Still got bottom barrel fries with no salt or seasoning at all. Place was dirty.Floors and tables were sticky, only had 1 roll of paper towels/napkins by pick up counter for the whole restaurant for guests dining, a order of carrots was like 1 carrot cut into 5 pieces, and to top it off no hand washing soap nor toilet paper in restroom. 1 star is a compliment. Won't be eating here again.

Bad service bad employees lazy particularly the shift today at 8 30 pm all young kids acting like they didn't wanna work lying telling people food will take 45 to 55 min to be ready just so people wouldn't order .... when I came back in 40 min my food was cold meaning it was ready well before the time they told me
