The old white staff is totally a racist. White dasher can just pick up and leave. As a Asian dasher I have to confirm the pick up button then she give me the food.
I ordered Boneless Meal Deal 20 Boneless 4 flavors of chicken wings 5 each, but the Korean spicy sauce flavor was missing one, so I only received 19 chicken wings. And I suspect the food was stolen by the staff. My order takeaway bag was not fully sealed. Also the food was not good, it was a bad experience!
I ordered wings with fries and corn , when I got my order there was no corn instead they gave me more fries .If they dont have something they can't not just decide what to give they shoul apology and ofered a refund instead of decide what shoulld I get .
Really bad customer service don’t come here unless you want you order wrong each time 3rd time this happens
Not to be a Karen or anything. But where do I start, the drink area needs clean up, and the cashier, touches money( one of life's dirtiest items) and pushes down trash, then handles the customers food. The wings and food items here are good, but it is a must that you double check your order is complete before you leave! Do not trust that they read your order back at you when they give it to you, it is wrong! Trust me, every time something has been wrong. They don't answer the phone so don't bother placing a phone order, online orders are not ready at promise time. The staff is friendly and kind but they lack leadership! Definitely could use a good team leader to put things in order. I have been sitting here for 7 minutes waiting for my thighs that were not put in my bag 30 minutes ago when I picked up my order and there are other customers with same issues!!!
Tried calling for an order for 20 minutes arrived at location its completely empty. Placed order while at this location heard phone ringing none of the employees pick up phone. While ordering phone was ringing employees did not answer phone and put them on hold minimum. Placed order phone kept ringing no one answered. Employees stood around and did nothing. Will give this place 0 stars but can't. Called while in restaurant to make sure I had right number, phone rang physically heard it ringing in facility no one tried to answer call. Other customers witnessed the call and waited for response, to everyone's disappointment no physical body answered.
I really don’t like this wingstop! Last time I visited my experience was horrible. They never answer the phone & my food was gross. I was disgusted in wingstop so I stopped coming for a very long time! Thought I give it try again & they are still horrible. What’s the point of having a store phone & you guys never pick up ? I will never be returning back because the customer service is just unacceptable & the food isn’t even good enough for me to want to come back again. My wingstop days are officially over!!
Online pick up. They are SOOOOO SLOW. way past the time the site said they would be done. Then while I'm waiting they said it was being bagged up and im here waiting another 15 min
