I want to start off by saying I enjoy waba very much. But will never go back to this location. Very rude blonde lady took our order and seemed very annoyed that she had to do it. She was not only rude to us but to the other gentleman eating at another table.
Im not usually one to write reviews and complain but I have to write this review. My friend and I went in to get something to eat, when we walked in we weren't greeted, instead we were greeted with ugly stares. The employees were being loud and rude. Especially the blonde lady who was ringing us up, she was being so unprofessional and rude. I asked her a simple question and she sighed and pointed to the menu. Some of the chefs weren't even wearing mask? Which was confusing due to the fact that there is a face mask required sign outside the store. I wont be coming back to this location again :/
Today I experienced the worst service ever! I asked for a box to carry 2 drinks. The bleach blong girl acted upset that she had to go to the back to get one for me.They gave me the carrier flat. I had to figure out how to open it. Then I asked for wabba sauce and the hot sauce and told me the packages were only for delivery I ordered to go. Won't ever go back to that store again!!!
Honestly I'm not one to complain but on different occasions the staff there has been rude every time I go. If I could give 0 stars I would. Today was the last straw. The man with the beard was ringing me up rushing me with attitude and then took off and then the lady with the blonde hair was finishing taking my order and giving attitude as well. I made two seperate transactions. So I patiently waited for my orders. She then called 82 and 83, I was waiting for numbers 83 and 84. So I waited and then she called 85. I was like ok maybe it was a mobile order, as I was waiting she then looked at me with attitude and instead of saying is there anything else we can help you with. She yelled out, " what are you still waiting for?" I then responded that I was still waiting on number 84, feeling embarrassed for yelling at me when I never gave her attitude and never asked if my other order was ready yet. She then told me again with attitude that she had called it and i told her no, she called 82 and 83 together and then skipped to 85. She still insisted but I told her no, she never called it. Then she complained to the man cooking in Spanish and i responded because I speak spanish as well. The customer service there is just the worst and I will just not go there anymore to be treated with disrespect. I get it everywhere is short staffed. I for one work in customer service myself so I know what it's like and how to treat customers even if they're wrong. But we do not need to be treated this way, especially trying to humiliate a person. Please find better employees! Until then I'll just go somewhere else.

That is a pretty nasty dirty floor dirty place the floors are dirty soda all over half the time the guy in the register is always on his phone probably talking and spitting in your face in the food when he's on his phone he's always on his phone all the time taking your money and serving your food it is a very very dirty place I would never go there I should have took pictures of the floor
This Waba grill offers free avocado with purchase, but the guy that rang me up says, it's through app purchase only. Nothing on flyer about that. Other Waba's don't say that.
