I ordered a chicken bowl with NO sauce as my gf has an allergy to it. Not only did they give me sauce but they drenched it in sauce....
The salmon looked like chicken and it was sooo thin compared to other waba's, staff is friendly though ?
Absolute horrible customer service, placed a mobile order and stood for 15 minutes at the counter before my existence was even acknowledged. Not returning.
I called place an order while I was at the UPS Store up the street hoping to have it ready by the time I got there. As soon as the girl answered she immediately said, in a bold tone, "can you hold." Not phrased as a question, more like "wait". I said okay, no response. I drove down the street through several intersections, entered the Plaza, parked and even went inside the restaurant staring at the employees while I was on hold with them. I mentioned nothing of this to them as I didn't want to be that petty.Then I ordered two chicken bowls, one with avocado. I asked for extra sauce on the side and the guy said it already has some. I said I know but can I get some more and he gave me a Blank Stare, said something under his breath, and I said nevermind.By this point I realized the girl that put me on hold did so and then sat down to have her lunch. I doubt anybody knew I was on hold on the phone.Finally, by the time I got home and sat down to eat with my wife I realized they charged me but they never give me my avocado.I don't know what it is but Waba Grill has good food but terrible service, and this tends to be the case even at other locations, but especially at this one. I only went to avoid something a bit more unhealthy
I find it completely absurd that when I ordered online, the chicken veggie bowl base price is $11.30 plus the taxes and fees, bringing my total to a little over $12 dollars. Walking in store my total for the EXACT SAME BOWL was $9.26.
This is dumb I went inside without a mask and was told we refuse business unless I put on a mask so I did. I do not get if they are going to enforce something like the mask policy shouldn't the employees be wearing a mask while they are cooking my food. Also if they are going to enforce it why are they allowing inside dining than. People are not wearing masks while they are eating. If I could give zero stars I would. Lead by example wanna grill wear your masks than
This location has always been a hassle for me. First time I came to this location was a little over a year ago and I had never been charged extra for spicy wanna sauce. Still haven’t at any other location except this one. Now fast forward, I notice they have become real skimp on the food. All I usually order is a side of rice with some avocado on top and spicy waba. Now they have the plant based meat so I’ll get that. Beside the absurd price of the meat, they give so much less rice than they used to. It’s honestly ridiculous. I live a 2 minute drive from this location so it’s convenient but I’ll have to start driving elsewhere to get my money’s worth.
I entered this business without a mask because San Bernardino County has no mask requirements for those who are vaccinated (I am fully vaccinated). I was told by the cashier that I had to wear a mask to be served. She offered one and I put it on.I understand that individual businesses can require you to wear a mask regardless of county ordinances.I hope the owner also understands that I will no longer be give them my business over this absurd requirement.On a side note I also find it comical that employees behind the counter are wearing their masks below their noses. But hey, you do you!
Quick and cheap nutritious food
I was a frequent customer. Went there 2 months ago before they lightened the mask requirement statewide and was refused service because I did not have a mask. Understandable? Went there today after being vaccinated for a couple weeks and was still refused service because I did not have a mask. I’ll be driving to eastvale from now on. Before all of these restrictions I used to eat there 3 times a week. NOT ANYMORE!
