Service was awkward. When I walked in the cashier just stared at me while I looked at the menu without her saying a word until I said what I wanted. After I placed my order she called out my plate on the side of the kitchen but instead of handing me my food there, she made me pick it up at the front. Made no sense since she was already near me when she was on the side. Also the chorizo and eggs had no flavor.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this burger spot is so good I had to write one. This was my first time trying Tom’s #1 and they don’t just put that #1 just for the name to look cool, this place is THE best food spot in the area, puts all other restaurants to shame. Now don’t get me wrong it’s not the most customer-oriented atmosphere, but it ain’t the worst either, heck this is a restaurant and you come here to eat not to chit-chat with the staff. For the taste alone, this place deserves a 5/5 and I wish I could give it a higher rating. If you like salty french fries, this is your spot cus the fries are seasoned with a sort of light cajun salt seasoning. The “hot” Latino burger with mushrooms was splendid and I cannot stress enough how juicy the burgers were. I only wish I had 4 more stomachs to keep eating after my first visit. I am angry at myself for not knowing about this place sooner. The menu is MASSIVE so I recommend to visit their menu online beforehand. I will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu.
This is one of those places that the more u visit? The more it really grows on u! When I first started visiting this restaurant, I remember thinking.., "It'll be just this time! I'll get a quick bite while I'm here & probably not remember doing it..?" But I did yo! And the next time I drove by there, I HAD to stop!! That's how good this place is! The food will leave u ? thinking about how & when u can come back AGAIN my peeps! "That ain't no stiiry.., F'sho' bruh!
I like the big plates of great food. Now that anywhere you go is more expensive at least im happy when they serve me..Great place..great portions of food. E.G

Very mom and pop but they are working hard to get the food out. It's magical how quick the food is being turned out even though my chilaquiles took a minute it was worth the wait. Best I ever had, but all the items are delicious! The decor is of typical fashion but the fact that there's always a huge crowd should tell you the place is worth the wait! !
The chili is pretty good here believe it or not. Aside from that the options here will probably satisfy your craving for a burger or a burrito.The staff is always nice here. So please show the same respect. Not alot of places are like this nowadays so that's definitely one thing I like about coming here.Another detail is that the drive thru might be a long wait at times. Fifteen to twenty minutes maybe? Not too sure so take that with a grain of salt. That is usually at night when everyone else is hungry too. ?They also have acai bowls here too which was very surprising to find out.
The food here is good but a little pricey. To be fair though most places seem a bit pricey to me lately. But we keep coming back. Convenient and good tasting. Very big selection of food. And breakfast all day.
Big portions of food...good taste...a little pricey but that's normal now for food...$26 for 2 bacon avocado cheeseburger combosbut for amount of food not bad...great customer service...drive thru normal wait time for fresh food...
Huge portions of very good food and the wide variety of options on the menu is just awesome! Had one of their chili burgers and loved the little hint of spice to each bite. Just a good spot.
