My kids chicken strips were hard and over cooked. Employees turned off the fountain drinks while we were still dinning in.
They have good food there. The service was okay and good. They have enough parking place there. Neighborhood not the greatest. The place is clean. The price is a little expensive. That place is easy to find across stairbrothers. Not too crowded there.???
So it’s my hormones talking because I’m pregnant lol but please try to pay attention on the orders I ordered through DoorDash today 2 bbq salads with ranch and payed for extra ranch on the side which I didn’t get the ranch itself is too little for the salad so I needed that extra one I’m a bit bummed out about that.
Today was Chicken Caesars salad’s turn. Great taste juicy and fresh meat and lettuce. Size is fine too. The place seems new Everything clean and staff very friendly and polite.
I am a regular, and staff are normally very polite and respectful as they should be. This last time, the manager (lady)with the boy haircut was EXTREAMLY RUDE! basically shoved the bag of food out of the drive through window and had no common curtesy , or respect. I had asked for condiments for my order which was over $60, she was rude, rolled her eyes and just throw them in the bag. No "have a nice day" nor ''here is your order". For a manger to have no basic knowledge of customer service, is beyond my belief.
I've been to this location many times and haven't had a problem once. My last experience I did wait for the Ahi Tuna Salad slightly longer then usual but it's ok because that pescado was made FRESH sshhooowwww!! My one & only complaint is that for such a little salad I got such a huge takeout bag (as you can see in the photos) especially in a time when I believe companies should be more conscientious about their carbon footprint. All in all good food with service to match!
Food is great however the customer service sucks! Every time we go they mess up our order and every time we go back to pick up the missing items, they never apologize for their screw up. and Wait times are way to long.
Missing 4 items out of 8. Everything was cold. Burgers were dry and cold. Fries were soggy even though they were ordered well done. I had it delivered due to an illness in the home (not COVID) and paid through the nose for a meal that was awful! I called the delivery driver who said to call the restaurant. I couldn’t even reach a person to arrange for the missing items.
I love this location it’s fast all the time and the customer service is also great . The food is always on point. Today I went in and Rosa took my order she was very helpful sweet and patient with me and my family… ?
Overpriced cold food. My fries tasted like they were reheated. The burgers are not that great. I'd rather go to Andy's or Jim's down the street and get cooked food for better price.
