Was really disappointed yesterday. This place is usually good. I did a to go order. The Cajun fries were not cooked well, and were cold, soggy and stale. The shrimp we ordered were overcooked, so they were all mushy, no texture at all and would completely fall apart. The sauce also did not taste as it usually does. And these head on, un-veined shrimp are some of the worst I’ve had.
Got nasty food poisoning from this place two nights ago. Eaten here many many times over the years, the service has gone downhill, they don't even have a manager anymore, but I ultimately draw the line at being poisoned. I'm still not right, I missed work over it. I'm going to find another place to go with competent staff and clean conditions.
Friendly, attentive service and good well-seasoned (not just salty) food. A little pricey, but most restaurants serving this type of crab-boil fare aren't cheap. Their buckets come standard with king crab, rather than snow crab. We got one pound each of shrimp and crab, with two half-ears of corn and it was enough food for two hungry people. That and two beers came to about $90. We felt we got our money's worth and we would come back if we're ever in the area again.
Came here for wife's birthday the staff was super nice and helpful. We ordered the shrimp which were perfectly cooked and just delicious also really good sized, we also got the clams and green mussels. I really enjoyed the mussels they were large and meaty and went perfect with the sauce, which we ordered medium heat and the bucket medley flavor. Prices were avg but service was excellent I would definitely return again.
I always enjoy the seafood at this place. The staff is great and it's just a good place to eat if you like seafood it get really packed at night so plan ahead. We always get King Crab n Lobster which is by the lb so it can get costly but it is so worth it
The curb appeal and atmosphere was set from the window front... My party was sat down immediately upon entering.. even though we couldn't make up our mind the server's constantly came to check, which was a plus in my book. It wasn't long before our food came out... another plus and the check backs to the table was awesomeness... The bibs and gloves came in handy... lol ...All in all a great experience...
They didn't peel. Very hard and chewy. Missing flavor when I sat down and ordered a variety of flavors. Staff was busy and working their butt off. I tipped for their service not the food.
Service sucked. Walked in servers kept walking past us. Never said a word except excuse me to walk past. Never said to have a seat or anything. So we weren't sure if we were to seat ourselves or not. Ended up ordering take out instead. Food was good though
I ordered 2 shrimp with fries and put in a special request to be mild with limited spice. 1 order of shrimp ?. I was extremely disappointed since I went when it was pouring on Wednesday, and when I came back to work, I saw they made it very hot spice. I spent $35, which went to the garbage. 3 of my coworkers were like Mt mouth was on fire,it's over done the shrimp not chewable at all. I will not order again.
I regularly stop purchasing some food in this place. I liked the quick customer service and well cooked dishes. Fantastic work.
