Horrible. Manager has no people skills. Messed up my order, asked to fix, denied. I never really liked coming here and now I will never come back. Went over to jersey mikes instead. Pay a little more but get much better quality of everything.
I took a 20 min walk to go there to get dinner. I showed up at 6pm... THEY HAD NO BREAD AVAILABLE. How to you run a sandwich business where you customer can't get a sandwich because the employees forgot to cook bread for the dinner rush. If the manager is there, like they should be he or she is not doing their job at all. I'm going to try the one inside Walmart next time.
I've been to different subways and this is the worst one I've ever been to , super and I mean super rude customer service , I don't ever write reviews but man . There's two girls working there around noon but one of them seems like she's not getting paid to work there or something lol . Never going back there .
I would give 0 stars if I could.Ooooooh boy if you come here make sure you're okay with getting Covid, or some other disease. One of the employees here touched dollar bills with her bare hands and got angry because my mom asked her to wash her hands before she touched our food... you know, dollar bills, which are carry more germs than toilet seats. She then pretends to "wash" her hands without soap. Real aggressive tone too as she threw food onto the sandwich. The sandwich was for my dad who has cancer and we're careful about him catching any diseases. I understand customer service can be hard, but washing your hands is common decency, no? Wash your hands people, come on!
