We travel all over the nation and as such we visit Starbucks as we travel. This by far was the most unpleasant Starbucks we’ve ever visited. I would give this location zero stars if I could. As I went to get my drink, as I do all over the nation, I was chastised for getting my own drink and lectured about how I should never ever reach for my own drink. When I sarcastically replied “thanks for the lecture.” The guy said you’re welcome and then walked away. I saw another employee fling someone’s pastry on the counter as she called out the person’s name. I will never return to this particular Starbucks location, it seems quite dysfunctional for the employees to act in such a rude and careless manner. And, there are so many other locations that want and appreciate my business!
Absolutely not 24hours everyday. ? I have tried to come here at around 4am for a morning iced coffee only to find the drive thru blocked off by cones. I thought this was supposed to be a 24hour location…. Just went this morning at 4am and they were closed. What the hell.!?Oh another thing, this location had no idea what EXTRA EXTRA OR 5x EXTRA CARAMEL OR TOPPING MEANS. I always ask for it and they barely put any so i waste that extra money.
I pickup for UberEATS a lot at this location and the staff is always friendly, except today. I was reassured by a few of the guys that Yaz would pack up my order to which she proceeds to do everyone else's order first. I find it odd that as the only non white customer in there at the time this girl went out of her way to do everyone else's before mine despite me being there for 20minutes waiting for her to package my order that was already done...I can't say whether or not she's racist but... her being white and serving at least 8 people before me (who had walked in and ordered after I was told she'd package my order) and I just happened to be the only brown person there? Seems racially motivated to me
Tried the new oat milk espresso and it is great. However I ordered a Venti and paid six dollars and something cents just for it to be not filled up all the way. And unfortunately I didn’t have the time to go back but I feel totally cheated!
love love love this location! the baristas are always very friendly especially mica! He always gives me new recommendations when I ask and here are just some examples! I love Starbucks and all my baristas!
Service is fast and friendly. Staff is always professional. I appreciate that they clean up after each order is prepared
A very aggravating experience. I placed a mobile order at 9:50am, and arrived 5 minutes after. I didn't expect for my drinks and baked goods to be ready, but didn't think they never got my order at all. It wasn't until about 10:05 that a batista asked me again what I ordered. When I gave her my name and drink she looked around and said she didn't have it, even though I showed my mobile order receipt. They also didn't have the tickets for my croissants. They made everything for me anyway, but the Frappuccino didn't have much of a caramel drizzle ( I ordered XT), and there wasn't the XT whip I had asked for either. The consistency was like a half melted slushie, so I ended up just refunding my drink off of my order. I needed to get to work and didn't have time to wait for a remake, my 25 stars I used on my drink wasn't able to be refunded either, which is really confusing to me. Waste of time waiting 15 minutes in total for 2 baked goods.
Fix your hours on Google if you will not be open the times that are posted thanks. It's not 24hours.

I called an asked if they do phone orders she only said for big corporate or something like that. Idk. But whatever.
