The employees here are so pleasant everytime I come! Deedee was particularly sweet on a rough day I was having and it completely helped turn my mood around, thank you and I will be back!

Went to this location around 1pm on a Sunday. It's close to the airport and we were waiting for a flight. Sat at the drive thru mic for about 8 mins with not a soul saying they would be with me soon. I even said hello hoping someone would answer but silence. Kind of frustrating. There was a line of 5 more cars behind me. I just drove off without ordering. Saw a worker in there so I'm not sure what was going on. Thankfully there was another location down the street which I was in and out under 8 mins.
Always been going to this local Starbucks with my family for the past handful of years. Staff is nice and very kind.
Worst Starbucks ever. They decided to open late yet didn’t register it into the system so I made a mobile order wasted my time, gas, and money and when I called the lady on the phone just said oh well not my fault. She didn’t care at all. I just said I wanted a refund because I couldn’t wait an hour for them to open so I went home and she said oh well I can’t do that for you. You can call corporate. I asked for the number and she said I don’t know you can google it yourself. Seriously the worst way to start my morning at 4:30am. If I had know they were closed I wouldn’t have made a mobile order but her rudeness and willingness to blame ME when she admitted they just didn’t have enough time to put into the system that they would open later in the day was disgusting. I wish I could give it no stars.
I wanted a coffee traveler and they said they were to busy for me. There was nobody in line and 2 cars in the drive through. A grumpy person does does not give a good image for the company and a lazy person is worse.Starbucks serves coffee, please try to serve the next person coffee like you should instead of a poor attitude.
Unbelievable how awful this Starbucks is! During my lunch break I pulled into the drive-thru. I waited several minutes along with numerous other vehicles only to find out there was NO ONE THERE! Horrible place! Don't waste your time, travel to another one in the area!
Not sure why they are closed before closing time. This location has had many days where they close early. Not sure why. But that Gardners a 1 star for me. Plus lately, they've been slow at the drive-thru.
Wow, so busy! Quick service for as crowded as it was.
Was pleased this location is following corporate policy that allows for use of personal cups once again! La Verne location won't.
