I had a simple order seven tall hot chocolates and one venti white chocolate. Upon arriving home I see that we received chai classic hot chocolatenot pleased long waited and now to comfortable in bed to return for a correct order

New Year's Day 2022. My sister and I visited this Starbucks. A little bit busy place and able to get our orders. The barista is pleasant. The place is clean. Plenty of parking. Will definitely visit again!
24 hours drive thru only. Doors don’t open to walk ins till 4:30.
First worst Starbucks experience! Did a mobile order and when I got down from my car, I was told only drive thru. I called the store to ask if I can quickly get it at the front door and they told me it hasn’t even been made. Even though I ordered 15 minutes before getting there.
Friendly, efficient staff. Order was correct and timely despite a long line at the drive thru.
They took so long to take my order on drive thru and there was no line and then the girl after 5 minutes of me complaining to my husband on speaker she said if we can give her a minute and she took 10 minutes like what the hell they need to step up their management
