WiFi has been out for weeks. No one here seems to care. Attitudes at this location have been on the decline for a while now.Edit: 07/06/22WiFi is still out and music is blaring so loud you couldn’t hold a conversation if you wanted to. They are actively driving people out. Changed to 1 Star.
This Starbucks has a drive-thru, located on Milliken Ave. & 4th St. in the Kohl's shopping center next to Applebee's with plenty of parking. It is usually busy because of the location by Ontario Mills but have always been very efficient with friendly staff. Lobby is always clean. Today I ordered a hot White Chocolate Mocha & a Spinach Feta Egg White Wrap and both tasted perfect. I was very satisfied with my food and service at this location.
I ordered a mocha frappe, but it only tasted like ice blended coffee. It was like the didn't add any mocha to the mix. This has happened multiple times and at multiple locations!
I usually have a good experience with Starbucks but I came in earlier today there were about seven employees working at this location and somehow it took about 15 minutes for them to even acknowledge I was in there....there was NO line and only one car in the drive thru and somehow they couldn't acknowledge that I was standing right there in the store?

Great service for a very busy location, but only issues I recommend they fix is turning music down (it's not a club) and sec I've gone in there multiple times and it's so cold you can see your breath. This is coming from someone who enjoys cold weather so, yes please fix
All my drinks were made properly and delicious. Their service was quick as well and all the workers were helpful.
Starbucks takes things off the menu for no apparent reason they used to have four salads and it went down to two then one and now the chicken and quinoa salad has disappeared with nothing to replace it in the salad category just like them discontinuing the delicious holiday turkey stuffing sandwich. Starbucks decisions are based on profit not the customer no matter what they say or what they do they really don't care about the customer in the end game!
I went in for a black cup of hot coffee, no cream no sugar but it seems these people think they work at Dairy Queen. I waited for ten minutes watching them make and remake all these frappes, smoothies and pastries.I got back in line with no one behind me to ask Rick if he could pour me the cup but he said he couldn’t because there were orders ahead of me; EVEN THO HE WAS STANDING AROUND UNOCCUPIED!This is a Starbucks where they are supposedly known for serving coffee. You know, the black hot drink that everyone orders in the morning? The hot beverage that takes less than five seconds to pour? But this guy couldn’t pour me the cup as a favor to a customer, which by the way is part of his job!
I've gotten to a point where I realize going to Starbucks in Ontario is pointless. None of them ever get my drunk correct. I asked for an Xt caramel drizzle and didn't get it since the cashier didn't ring me up for it even though I asked, I also asked for almond milk, and It doesn't taste like it's made with almond milk...really tired of Starbucks.
