This is coffee with milk, it's very simple, the second time they give it to me like this and I asked for it with this caramel, it doesn't have any sweetness, it's very bitter! I'm left wanting my Frappuccino?

Very Poor Service. Every time I go to this location there out of a lot of items. It’s best to call before going. Tonight I decided to call, and was told they had certain teas available. I went to purchase, and the lady in the drive-thru stated.” They cannot sell them because everyone is taking there teas. “ The last time I checked this is a tea, and coffee place. I wish I could upload the video. I will be sending it over to corporate this is not acceptable at all.

Wednesday evening 4.57 pm I pulled up to the Starbucks to get some work done so I can go home to my family. It’s a busy night with pre-Christmas shopping and a great opportunity for a Starbucks to make a lot of money. I walked up to the front door and there’s a chicken scratched note with a sharpie pen on the door saying “unfortunately our lobby is closed tonight, please use the drive thru”. Why does Starbucks allow 20 something year old managers to change their business plan? The whole idea of Starbucks is that it’s available so hard-working people like myself can have a place to get work done. It doesn’t make sense they allow non-hard-working people to open and close at will.
The girl was very polite and patient. My drink was very delicious ?. Definitely coming back. Recommend ?,%
We normally come to this SB. This time the orders were wrong. Server was not very friendly... Tried to address order issue and she rudely handed me the receipt. Wer just left..
I asked for a strawberry acai refresher with ice on the side. The girl took my order and I repeated it. Then when it was made wrong I politely told them it was incorrect and of course a snobby employee shift lead I believe ( he had cornrows) who wasn't the one who took my order said " you didn't say ice on the side"? dude what?! He didn't even take my order and he didn't even hear my order....and even if he did how are you going to tell me what I ordered!? And WHY would I allow you to purposely make my order WRONG!?Do better and hire smarter more polite employees.
They were struggling. Spent 20 min waiting on drinks...
