There is a point to this review, I know it’s long and my first paragraph shows it was fixed, but I want to hopefully help the workers understand something about neurodivergent and autistic people.I ordered a grande nitro cold brew in a venti cup, with almond milk to fill the remaining space as I know nitro can only go up to grande. Order it all the time, never an issue. I know places are different and maybe they didn’t understand. They remade it, thank you, I appreciate it.The only issue is that I was watching them pour it as I was waiting, and saw that the two girls noticed it was only giving foam. They still poured it and just used stirring sticks to get rid of the foam, and then put more in and did the same, giggling, and then served me it with the cup still partially empty.Having worked at Starbucks, I know this is not the correct way and they should have fixed it before serving. Not only was it nasty and did not taste correct, but you’re serving a product that you know isn’t right.As someone who doesn’t have the social skills or ability to deal with confrontation, even with something small like this, I didn’t appreciate it. If you know it’s been made incorrectly, just take the time to fix what’s wrong and then make it right. I know you can’t read minds or know what a person is like, and this is why it should be made right the first time. It is not fair to force neurodivergent and autistic people into a choice of confrontation or unfair acceptance of a drink made incorrectly. Making it right the first time saves you from an annoying remake and us from really uncomfortable situations.Thank you to the supervisor who remade it, and I apologize for not being able to communicate well while talking to you.

Clearly closes @ 10 pm. Walked in, was told we are closed at 9:30. Work nights at the mall, not really convenient.
Ordering ahead on the app is useless. Half of the time you go to pick it up and they don't have it. I work at this mall and had an associate pick up my order because I couldn't leave the store, they had one of my 3 items and couldn't reimburse me unless I was there. What a joke.
Tried the cold brew and irish cold cream, liked it a lot
Clean and organized. Busy but yet productive.
So so so very dirty every where, no one does slides in a pandemic I guess.....
