Hi! I went to your Starbucks on Sunday morning. I asked for a breakfast sandwich with no egg, a mocha with soy milk (therefore expecting to not have whip cream), and I ordered 3 other things. I received a breakfast sandwich with a heated egg in it (the egg I had to remove), a mocha with dairy milk & whip cream that upset my stomach for a full day (I am lactose), 1 item was missing but the other two items were correct. I was not given a receipt, so I could dispute the missing item. Overall, the service could have been better and I am disappointed with this location. Not sure if I would come back here.
Always such a disappointment wen I come here my drink always taste like pure milk today I actually said something and why did the little manager do tap off my drink with more milk wen I ask for sweet cold foam and paid the extra $1.50 for it it literally spilled in my hand ask me if they care this is the only one that not just the drinks are bad but half of the crew has a bad attitude
The main gripe here is that I frequently receive a medicine ball when I ask for a green tea. A medicine ball has green tea and a green tea is just that alone. Not a big deal since Starbucks always corrects this. I was already in Rancho when I took my first drink and was too far away to return. I've had this happen at 3 different Starbucks and I don't understand the disconnect.The two star review for this location is due to the mobile order chaos occurring in the store. There were 4 of us inside waiting for orders when 6 mobile order customers came in and the lady distributing orders was doing her best, but it took them 20 minutes to get my drink. The main challenge was that food and drinks were intermittently coming through with no tickets adhered to the bags or cups, so she was sorting through 15 drinks and unmarked bags one by one. She did her best and I don't blame team members in the store. This is a franchisee/ops manager/process issue. Not an employee issue. Hope things get better!
This location used to be reliable. I usually use the drive thru for lunch coffee runs. I have no idea if they have new staff, but today is the last straw. I gave the food items to the recipient when I got home and wound up throwing them out. The oatmeal was nasty, watery and the wrong flavor. I ordered blueberry and wound up with brown sugar and a bunch of dried fruit. They can't eat it due to being diabetic. The egg bites we received had bacon in them, I ordered egg white with no meat. I had her repeat the order because she sounded rushed. When I went to pay she handed me the order then went away from the window. I wound up waiting and asking for my debit card twice before she realized she still had it. The only thing she got right was the drink and protein box.
Too hidden location. No line and no one in drive thru. Cool if you find it and are in a hurry!!
Ordered two venti espressos with cold foam one was done to sloppy consistency is key.
Cold coffee, cold food, poor attitude and long line for a disappointment result......do not waste your time at this location.
If you come here to pick up a mobile order, be ready to get ignored by every single employee in there. I came in to pick up my order, i went up to the mobile pick up area, not one single person acknowledged i was standing there waiting, while i see that my order is on the shelve and ready. They could've said "we'll be right with you" or something along those lines. Or they could've just gave me my order. I understand they're also working on other customers drinks, but if you have a customer standing and waiting without being acknowledged WHILE their order is ready and on the shelf; wouldn't just giving the order that's ready to the waiting customer easier than just ignoring them while working on other orders?
Very great ??? You have to try the caramel macchiato with extra caramel it's to die for Hot or on Ice
This star bucks location is so close to home. The staff is amazing and I always use the mobile app.
