Made a restroom stop here and was greeted by friendly and patient baristas. Love the interior decor!I got the "iced toasted vanilla oatmilk shaken with espresso" and it was delicious with a nice kick of caffeine that I needed.If you're using the restroom, remember to ask our baristas for a 4 dogit code. There are different codes for the two different side's restroom.Enjoy!

Waited in the drive thru line forever just to get to the window and “greeted” by the barista saying they’re out of Java chips. I asked for a mocha frap instead and ended up waiting another 10 minutes at the window watching two baristas just messing around inside. I then asked for chocolate drizzle and the barista with dyed red hair gave a terrible attitude to me as if she on the defense. I proceeded to ask kindly for the drizzle and watched her pump drizzle like it hurt.
Great service. Food and staff were great. Line was long, but I was moving.

Too slow and bad service.In total 45 minutes waiting, when arrived to the window in the drive thru I paid the amount then after that they start making the order.I told the cashier that the service is too slow, and the answer was (Because of COVID).I will never go there again.
Starbucks is my fav place for coffee, however not this one on Holt and San Antonio. Everytime and I mean everytime I order with my cell throu the app, even thou when i get there my drink is ready, they have no issues on havinf me standing there waiting for my drink. Their customer service really sucks! Every other starbucks i the area are super niece and polite, not this one!Therefore i will stop coming to this store in Holt and San Antonio.
The server in the white hoodie was rude today, she gave attitude and when I asked if she had the sticker things to cover the drinks so they won’t spill (I had 9 drinks) she only gave me 2 and they were too big. Very disappointed I love coming to Starbucks but if I’m going to be attended like that then I’d rather go somewhere else.

I visit this Starbucks often and am very pleased with the customer service and attention to detail when fulfilling my orders. The staff is always very welcoming and would recommend this location to everyone. A special shoutout to Kirsten, a shift supervisor, for always handling customers efficiently and dealing with possible conflicts in a professional manner.
