A lot of our order was incorrect/missing. I had to go take receipt to the counter to show them what I still needed. My fish taco had over fried fish and hardly any sauce. One of the other tacos we ordered was missing and 1 ingredient that was listed, as was the bowl we ordered. They fixed it by giving me the corn on the side...and the cashier did apologize. I love Rubios... but this one was just having an off day.
This location needs HELP. I feel so bad for their workers. I have never received an order on time, always mistakes with the orders, they are always slammed, and there is only one person taking orders and packing to-go meals. Today my online order was completely cancelled, I couldn't reach the staff and called about seven times. I ended up having to drive there and it was total chaos. This store needs to hire more employees, if they can't find workers they need to raise the pay to the ones that are there because my heart breaks for how hard they are struggling.
I love Rubio's and this location is a pretty good one! Good customer service and good food! It is a little slow, so plan accordingly.

Beyond slow. I place an order at 11:40 and it's now 12:20 and I'm writing this as I am still waiting for my order. If your in lunch avoid this place as your time will be wasted. It's poorly run and seems chaotic.
Food was okay but service was very slow. I know everyone is struggling with staffing but this has been going on long before the pandemic
Wasn't happy I ordered big order for my workers. Over $140 alot of items missing half the sides ordered online were not the ones picked food was cold meat missing from salads. Had to remind them for drinks. Ordered food ahead still had to wait 30min. They also let people that are highly intoxicated still drink alcohol after they are clearly unstable and unable to barely walk.
I walked in an is was ask to put my face mask so I had to go to the my car to get my mask. Them 2 Girls come in. The same guy. Did not ask them for face mask so why is that I wanted to said something I didn't want to embarrassed the guy in front of the 2 girls. Just be fair with everyone 1pm 1~2 2022

Pretty good stuff. It's not just a boring bowl. Many choices of protiens. Great staff.
